God's way and timing are best. All we need to do is trust Him no matter what. All things have a purpose. He may be delivering or strengthening faith. His timing is perfect. Everything He does is good whether or not we understand.
Psalm 89
We never lack reason to sing and worship the Lord... salvation, mercy, faithfulness and truthfulness just barely scratches the surface.
Jesus was the "Heir" to the Throne, God fulfills His covenant, not one promise- no, not even a words has or will ever fail.
Nature praises their Creator. There is none like unto our God. No one higher, none His equal. He alone is God. He is deserving of utmost awe and reverence from all- including those who would come near to Him. Our church today is seriously lacking the proper fear of the Lord and reverence. It is time to repent and humble ourselves before His holiness. There is none so strong, neither any other Creator. It's Him who rules the sea and stills the waves. He owns and created all- heaven and earth and all that they contain. He ever created North, South, East and West. How powerful is He! Judgment, justice, mercy and truth are His nature.
The joy of the Lord is our strength. He is our glory, our strength, our defense, our King!
God corrects those He loves with a rod- not utterly destroying. His lovingkindness and faithfulness will still be our stay. Even in the midst of a great trial, we should still pray and praise.
Matthew 13
Beware being careless, hypocritical and being in love with the world. Good ground is known by it's fruitfulness. It's God that determines the production of each. Jesus spoke in parables so that those who closed their eyes in rejection wouldn't understand, but those who sincerely desired to know would understand. He didn't keep His own in the dark, confused.
Watch for distractions, watch against wavering under trials, watch against being offended, watch for the 'care of the world'. You can get away with hypocrisy now, but judgment comes where the believers and unbelievers will be separated. Our walk is gradual, but it would be wise to check to see if there's been growth. We're not to be infants in Christ forever. Grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. Even the smallest seed (faith) can grow.
When you come to know Christ, it's impossible to "hide" it for long!
Those who sin willingly without repentance are damned.
The shining of God's children will be as how the moon reflects the sun. Leave and cleave to Christ, there is none more satisfying, lovely, beautiful, glorious, or wonderful than He.
Unbelief hinders miracles and blessings. Always be ready to re-learn more about Jesus! Never get so conceited that you think you know it all. The facets of His glory are all different. Always desire more.
