God can do much with little. A tiny mustard seed can grow up to four times the size of a man! He doesn't despise small offerings, provided they are earnest and sincere. Do all that you can for Him. Be sure your #1 goal and endeavor is to be approved of Him. Check often to make sure it's your focus. Nothing else matters (1 Corinthians 9:27; 2 Corinthians 5:9). Maintain this life goal. Is it my main ambition?
Psalm 121
There is comfort in the Lord, in any season of life. Look above the mountains of your life to the God of Israel. He doesn't grow tired or weary. He is always alert. Rely on His strength.
There is none other. Our soul is more important than anything. He preserves it. He is steadfast and faithful. He is with us always.
Genesis 20
Sin brings death. If not immediate, don't assume to be "off the hook".
Adultery and fornication are serious sins in the eyes of God, even if it's just "silly" to man. God views it death worthy and punished severely until Sarah was restored and Abraham prayed.
How many of us can truly say "out of ignorance I sinned"? Man may thinking adultery and fornication is sin against your spouse and while it's true, like David later wrong after his sin with Bathsheba "Against You have I sinned"
Beware the sin of assumption.
The Lord is the giver of life.
Philippians 4
Stand-active- fast in the Lord. Be sure to have the earnest seal of assurance, the Holy Ghost. Rejoice in the Lord. Why are the redeemed so mopey?
The Lord is near- thank God! He is not far away or standoffish. Don't be overly anxious, consumed by worry. Trust in the Lord and do good. be wise, it's not wrong to be concerned, but distrust of God's ability and goodness is sin.
Be always in prayer. Bring your needs and wants to Jesus, as a child to her Father, but know He already knows. be thanking Him in every prayer lifted for His goodness and care.
The peace of God, seems no words can describe. Keep your minds on thins above. No evil, no sickness, no sorrow is there. Fix your eyes on Christ. Don't dwell on the evils on this world, but on the One who has already won the victory. Remember the loving reminders of Christ, "Come apart and rest a while" and "Come unto Me... "
Be generous and considerate of your brethren. Do all the good you can, for it's well pleasing to God.
Godliness with contentment is great gain. Greed is never satisfied. Pray for humility, patience and hope. We can, rather, he can do all things through us who submit entirely to Him.
Be sympathetic and kind. God is able, so never, ever, go outside of Him for relief and damn your soul.
Trust in Him at all times. Seek His face continuously. He is Possessor of heaven and earth. He is worthy of never ceasing, unending praise. Be sincere.
Jeremiah 1
God, Maker and Designer of each star and snowflake knew and equipped us for a purpose in His plan. All that is required from us is ready obedience.
Fully depend on God. What He has purposed will receive His adequate supply.
Don't consider yourself too young/old to serve and obey God. Don't be ashamed. Don't be afraid. Look unto Jesus.
There is authority in just His Name alone. It's better to obey God than man. Don't let anything prevent you from obeying and following Jesus. The Lord's anger is against those who forsake Him, serving and worshiping false gods.
Be strong and bold for the Lord, no matter what, not shirking from His call.
He is our Shield, too. Expect persecution and "gird up thy loins".
