"Don't be too hard on yourself okay? I don't want to hear you fell sick again.." you said looking at the kids running around the area.

"Then stay by my side.." you turn your head to see him already locking his eyes with yours. You got flustered, "Huh, yeah I guess I can do that, that's what friend's for anyway..hahah-"

"So you're friend-zoning me huh? After I tell you everything? That hurts" he cover his heart with his palm pretending he's in pain dramatically.

"Do your job first, I can wait" you give him a genuine smile which he return with a wider smile showing his perfect teeth.

"Promise me that you won't change after what I have to get through. Promise me you won't ever belittle yourself anymore, you deserve the world. And promise me that you'll only look at me.." he flushed after saying the last part.

"That's quite a lot but I will try my best to keep the promises.." you said unsure yourself. 

"Yah I can't believe how much you've changed since we have known each other, you used to be the annoyingly positive person in class, where did she go?" he said doing a big hand gesture feeling infuriated.

"Hmm.. I'm wondering as well but I will try to bring back that personality, I'm sure I can achieve it through time."

"There you go!" he beamed and stroke your hair until it get messy.

"Yah Jeong Yunho come here you!" you chase after him who's already running for his life to the cafe.

--at the cafe--

"Oh hyung why are you running here?"

"Yah Jeong Yunho!" you shouted getting some pair of eyes glaring at you. "Ah sorry..sorry" you bowed a little to the people there.

"So you guys are officially a couple now?"

"No San, he's just being annoying back there. Ah I need to go now! Bye!" Yunho just giggled behind San and you go for the door while fixing your hair.

"So when will you finally confess?" 

"Do you maybe need my advice hyung?"

"One to talk huh?" 

"At least I have experience hyung!"

"Your crush even thought you were a stalker Jongho-ya" San snap back.

"Well I still need to focus on my training now, will tell you guys the good news soon! Oh and I'm sorry I can't help for today.." Yunho finally speak up.

"That's okay we can manage by ourselves~"

With that Yunho bid them goodbye before going back home to continue his papers. You on the other hand have just arrived at the restaurant after twenty minutes walk. 

"Hey boss~"

He looked up at you weirdly "Huh? You seems so happy?"

"I just greet you though"

"Ay.. What is it now? Oh wait let me guess! You're happy to see my new hair cut right!"

"What? Huh I didn't even notice that, but you literally look the same?"

"I cut my bangs a bit.. About half an inch? Yeah right.."

"Uhm okay? Good for you.."

"Ahaha I'm just kidding, did you finally made up with him?"

"It's not like we have a fight, I just misunderstood him"

"Right, anyway I'm happy for you too then" he smiled sweetly

"Okay time to work!" you said to yourself before disappearing to the kitchen.

You're stuffing your belongings into the bag ready to head home when you suddenly thought of him. /Did he had his dinner? What if he's too focused to care about anything else? Should I check on him? No, I can just text him.. But call is better I guess?/ You see Seonghwa has already waiting for you outside then you scurried your way out. 

"See you tomorrow~" you said waving your hand

"Go safely!"

"Yeah you too!"

You turned away walking your way. You picked your phone out from your pocket and dial his number. The ringing sound is all you hear until the woman voice greet you to leave a voicemail. You push the red button and sighed. "This boy I swear!" You put back your phone and stomp your way down the street.

You reached home to find your mother on the couch looking at her phone. You're confused with her rare action, you usually find her in the bedroom at this hour.

"Eomma why are you sitting here?" you take a seat next to her

"Oh nothing I was just waiting for a reply" she said waving the phone oh her hand.

"Who are you texting anyway?" 

"Someone.. Look it's late sweetie, you should get yourself ready for bed" she said while stroking your cheek.

"Mom tell me~~ I need to make sure you're safe"

"It's just an acquaintance sweetie" she chuckled and leave the room for yourself. You heard a ding from your mom's phone before your phone rings inside your pocket. You take it out quick hoping to see his name on your phone, and it is actually him so you immediately pick up.

"Yunho!"

"Uh is there something matter Y/n? You sounds hasty?"

You nearly spit out about you being worried for him but you refrain yourself to avoid making him feel sorry towards you.

"Oh I just suddenly wonder if you are taking care of yourself properly or not.. I mean I know you're busy but don't skip your meal, stay hydrated, take a quick nap if you feel even a bit worn out, you've just recovered you know.."

⭐ wait.. you will surely wait for him, you can't help but stay worried in regards of him. you guess it's love...

ok so i kinda drag this story but maybe some little detail here and there will make it better for the story as whole, pls bear with me ⭐
