"Come visit again okay? I haven't tried your dish yet!" 

"I will mr. Jeong~ Thanks for having me today, I'll be going then.." you bowed a little to mr. and mrs. Jeong. 

You're glad that mr. Jeong has been supportive, but mrs. Jeong didn't seem to be an easy case though, you started to feel small but won't give up just yet.

"Yeah it went well fortunately, I just hope that your mother won't hate me even more.."

"I'm sure she will open up to you through time," he sighed. "Sorry that you have to experience these, I won't stop talking to her either, I will do my best-"

"Yunho.. It's between me and your mom, I can handle this by myself. If anything, I want you to fix your relation with her. It's been hard for you, I know, but you can't keep your attitude towards her like this." you hear the line went silent.

"Hmm, about that.. I'm not so confident.."

"She must have her own reason, why don't you try to talk to her? I'm sure she would like to tell you.. And don't bring me up, she might think differently.. Can you do that? For me.. and her, also yourself.."

"..I'll try, but I can't guarantee that it will end well"

"That's fine, take your time, don't be rushed, everyone need their time.."

--at a grocery store: 4.30 pm--

You're picking some ingredients for dinner later at the Jeong's. You went to the nearest store right after your day shift. As what you've promised, you're gonna cook for them. It's been a week since you had lunch with them. Yunho told you that his father want to talk to you about something, you're not sure about it but you also have your goal to be reached. 

You're focusing on your dish that you didn't notice mrs. Jeong presence in the kitchen. You looked up to her when she cleared her throat lightly. "Oh mrs. Jeong.."

"If you think that Yunho's father likes you a lot, just forget about it, it doesn't mean anything. He's only interested on the company. Once I found a perfect match for my son, he won't care treating you like this anymore." she left after giving you a quick glare. You're left speechless. Why did she hate you so much? What's so wrong about you that made her acting this way? You're not gonna take in all the things she said though, you know that a person couldn't be this hard for no reason.

Yunho joined the table right on time, you feel better having him here, it helps you put aside your thought about what mrs. Jeong has told you earlier. But you won't tell him about this, he has his own problem to fix, you don't want to distract him. Dinner went with mr. Jeong talking about his old days, he said that Yunho still has a lot to learn especially from him. You're glad that at least Yunho has got along better with his father because of business, but his mother on the other hand, still as strict as ever.

"Ah I've just remembered.. Y/n-ah did your late father used to work at Gold Advertising Company?" hearing the company name is enough to make your heart ached.

"Uh.. yes he used to work there.. You know my father mr. Jeong?" you asked curious as the other person on the table.

Yunho is driving you back home, your heart warmed after hearing the story about your father from mr. Jeong. Back in the days, your father have helped Yunho's father with his business. Although it was a really short encounter, your father has partake in mr. Jeong's success till now. Back then, their relation is limited to business only so they didn't tell any personal matters with each other. Mr. Jeong has been having a hunch about you, it's only today that he really eager to find out the truth. 

"Isn't it cool?" he asked out of a sudden.

"Hmm?"

"You know, our father.."

"Oh.. yeah.."

"Why? Has work been stressing  you out?" he asked noticing your lack of energy.

"Uh no, work is doing fine~" 

"Is it my mother?" you're not going to tell him, but you're not gonna lie too.

"What if I say yes?"

"I'm trying to talk to her but I didn't have the right timing yet.."

"I'm just plotting my next move in my head, I'm just too focused, don't worry!" you assured him.

"Bye, drive home safe~" you peck his cheek before getting off. You are used to do some lovey-dovey stuffs with him now, you're still a bit shy but you like the jittery feeling every time you have those moment. 

"Eomma, Yunho's father.. and appa knew each other!"

"Oh really? I didn't know!"

"They used to work with each other, briefly.. Ah! Then I can be sure now, it must be mr. Jeong!"

"What are you talking about?"

"Remember when I see a familiar guy in the cemetery? It must be him" you got goosebumps yourself realizing the convincing assumption. If it's true, you can be sure that you and Yunho are really meant for each other. You will fight for the both of you no matter how anything try to stop you, its gonna end with you and him in the end anyways.
