"Yunho cried? Really?! See Yeosang-ah! I told you he would cry!"
"No, he might have just caught some dust in his eyes!" Yeosang said going in front of the boy to inspect Yunho's face intently.
Everybody was gathering near him when you feel someone nudge your arm. "Hwa?" you turn to see Seonghwa smiling at you. He's actually invited by Yeosang after hanging a lot of time together with the guys on his restaurant. You didn't know that they're this close already.
"You are slacking off huh?" you teased him.
"Nope, I have asked my brother to cover for me."
"Okay guys! Back to your seat so we can do the toast!" Mingi interupted.
"Sooo for our one and only energizer, vitamin, puppy-like friend Jeong Yunho! Cheers!!!" All nine of you cheered and swallow down the alcohol in one shot.
After so much more shots, some of them are nearly wasted but someone chimed in "Guys, let's go to the bar~" Hongjoong slurred his words. Hongjoong is invited by San as he usually goes to his cafe for strawberry yogurt drink until he friended him and Yunho's other friends as well. Hongjoong has finally recognized you and he had apologized for so many times, he's actually not rude, he cared for others a lot actually, you really admire his passion and hard work he put in everything he does.
"You're about to pass out hyung, you should go home actually." San added.
"Right, I'm gonna save your drunk ass now which is sucks!" Wooyoung said looking at both Yeosang and Mingi who keeps muttering something non-sense to each other.
"Then San-ie hyung should help me with Hongjoong hyung and Seonghwa hyung" Jongho said to San.
You didn't drink more after the toast as you disliked the taste of it. Yunho is a strong drinker actually as he looked normal even after taking so many shots. After Yunho went to pay for everything, all of you exit the restaurant.
"Hey you should help Wooyoung, he's struggling especially with Mingi" you said to Yunho.
"Oh righ-"
"Oh no who said I'm struggling huh?! I'm strong enough to carry these two idiots by myself okay? Yunho you should walk Y/n home, it's really late now!" Wooyoung cut Yunho off.
"I'm fine by myself"
Wooyoung and San have called their cab and helping the drunk ones inside.
"Bye Y/n! See you tomorrow, open the cafe for us okay!" San said waving at you.
"Bye man, bye Y/n, enjoy the night!" Wooyoung said after hugging Yunho and the taxis finally drove off.
"Let's walk you home~"
"Are you sure you're not drunk? You took a lot you know"
"I have high tolerance.. let's go" he casually put his arms around your shoulder which you didn't mind.

Arrived at your house, you thanked Yunho and wished him to go home safe.
"Y/n.." you turned quickly after hearing him.
"I don't know about you but I like you, a lot, since the time we get closer during the sixth grade that you may have forgotten." he said looking directly into your eyes.
You froze hearing his confession. You know you also had a thing for him. You see him as a good friend, you treasure your friendship a lot, you having so much painful memory through your life made you doubtful at the littlest thing that overexcites you.
"Y/n-ah are you ready?" your mom shouted from downstairs.
"Coming in a bit mom!" you shout back to her. It has been three years since your car accident happened. You're doing well like you used to be after several months of recovery although you forget anything about Yunho as he has been in your memory for only a short time. You're waiting for your dad to pick you and your mom to your 15th birthday celebration at your favorite restaurant.
You land the last stair when you see your mom looks terrified after answering her phone. You found yourself in front of the emergency room a while later waiting for a good news about your father which never happened. You can only cry after hearing the sad news.
After your dad burial, you continue going to school and all but you totally change. Not you yourself but because of who you called as your best friends turned their backs on you. What you know then that they're just being your friends because their parent told them so knowing that you're the daughter of Kim Group Corporation. Now that the group has lost one of its head, the group decided to abandon your family too, don't wanna bear any misfortune caused by your little family.
You're always taught to be independent by your mom, you also liked to be positive but it doesn't mean that you can always act strong. Deep down, you're hurt; you despised it and gradually made the way you lived right now, never put too much trust on others or you'll get hurt at the end.
⭐ you feel disoriented, you don't know what's the best answer for him. you need him, you know that, you're just worrying too much about something you don't even know. you have jumped too far to conclude the worst scenario that might or might not happen in the future.
i feel like i making it hard for the protagonists to just move a step forward, sorry :] but i'm sure you know already how this will end, or maybe not ⭐
