The car ride to the airport was silent. There was not a word spoken between any of the three passengers, nor was the radio turned on at all. Taylor had never actually seen Grace mad before. Sure they had little quarrels over dumb things but it was normally just minutes before one or both apologized.

Grace didn't really understand why she was mad at first, she thought it was about the video but as time went on she began to think it may be something else bothering her. She knew she wasn't ready to forgive Taylor for that embarrassment on Twitter yet, even though the singer had taken it down.

The ex-trainer didn't even need to check to know that her girlfriend went right onto the social media platform and removed the post after Grace said she hadn't forgiven her. Grace kept a lot of things bottled up, especially when it bothered her or hurt but this time she was keeping it from herself.

Parker helped the airport crew load the bags onto the cart that would be taken to Taylor's jet. Taylor hadn't seen the new wrap they put on the plane yet for the new era, she was excited but decided it would be best to keep it to herself.

"Ms. Swift we are ready for take off whenever you are," her pilot spoke through the speaker into the cabin, Taylor took a quick glance at Grace before giving the flight attendant a thumbs up. Grace wasn't sitting anywhere close to Taylor and since it was their first time on a plane together, Taylor really hoped the heiress didn't make a habit of it.

Taylor pulled out her laptop and buried herself in emails to pass the time, the flight back to New York was about two hours which meant she could get a lot of pre-tour work done if she focused.

The problem was she couldn't focus.

Grace was staring vacantly out the window of the jet, letting her mind wander. She kept thinking about Taylor's tour and realized she wasn't mad at Taylor, she was mad that she was going to miss Taylor.

Grace stood up about thirty minutes into the flight, tapping Taylor's shoulder and motioning for her to follow. Grace walked to the back of the plane where there was a bed and television, sitting on it and waiting for Taylor to join her.

"I'm sorry, Taylor," Grace said, she knew they weren't in the best place so she started off with an apology. Parker was at the front of the plane so she didn't have to lower her voice as much, Taylor drew the curtain across for privacy, blocking them from sight.

"I'm sorry too, I was out of line," Taylor replied, wrapping her arm around the brunette's shoulder to pull the two of them closer.

"I thought I was mad about the video but I think I'm just upset that you're leaving at the end of the week. It is going to be hard and knowing that when I visit you you won't be able to kiss me or hold me like you normally do, I'm sad," the brunette admitted, speaking softly and trying to regulate her breathing. She was trying not to cry thinking about how different life would be in just a few days.

"Honey, we both knew this was going to happen. Being with you behind closed doors is better than not being with you at all. I have to meet with Tree tomorrow, I'll see what she says about this whole thing. It might be five days before we can do that in public but it could also be five years. It's going to get easier my love, I'm so sorry you're upset but I promise to make it up to you when I can."

Grace let a few tears stream down her face, she felt like all she had been doing the last few days was crying. Taylor's heart was breaking watching Grace become emotional again, she couldn't handle Grace crying.

"I'm sorry, I'm being dumb," Grace said, sniffling and drying her tears. She tried to pull away from Taylor but Taylor pulled her right back, holding her even closer.
