Robin was becoming more and more distant. It was an odd feeling. She was always super clingy. Toad was also becoming a bit distant, too. He seemed a lot more worried and paranoid, and Chill wanted to know why.

He flew onto the roof of the school, an area set up to be a great hangout, an eye on his light brown friend. He watched as he was escorted by two SkyWings, into an area obscured by trees and the side of the school.

Chill followed, poking his head into the bush. He couldn't see into the small area that well, but it smelled faintly of cigarette smoke.

"Do you mind," a female voice hissed from beside him. A SandWing growled up at him. Chill almost didn't recognize Pika, the friendly SandWing, from the face she was making. She had a bag tucked under one wing, trying to mostly hide it.

"Oh, Chill, hi," she put on a fake smile that did nothing to hide the worry and supprise written all over her face. "What are you doing here? That area is for bullies and cool dragons. They do illegal stuff in there."

"Why are YOU here, then?" Chill asked her. He was taller then her, and tried to make himself look taller.

"I just saw you, and wanted to warn you. Don't go in there."

"Toad is in there. He was dragged in by some random dragons. I need to know if he's okay," Chill replied, telling the truth, because the small SandWing was not.

"Oh, I can... I mean, we can try to see if he's okay in there," Pika looked uncomfortable.

"Okay," Chill replied, knowing she would try to slip away at the first opportunity.

Which she did. As Chill was trying to see what was happening, he looked over to where Pika had been, to find she had completely vanished. Very suspicious, Chill thought to himself. Why was she here. He couldn't imagine Pika hanging around with tall, intimidating dragons, smoking and drinking.

Finally, after mustering up all his courage, he found a spot where the bush wasn't as thick , and he poked his head in. There, was his best friend, laying on the ground, getting the daylight kicked out of him by a group of older SkyWings and MudWings. He was crying, laying in a crumpled ball on the dirty ground.

Chill almost yelled out to him, but it was probably better not to draw attention to himself. Other dragons were watching, cheering for Amber, probably one of the dragons beating up the smaller MudWing. He saw large dragons, MudWings and SkyWings and SeaWings, with a few IceWings and two SandWings. He noticed the smaller of the two was hunched over, a green SeaWing and blue IceWing beside her. It was Pika.

This was two much for his brain to process. His bestie was being bullied, and Pika, his friend's girlfriend, was, what he presumed from the look of it, a dealer.

He was lucky, as the bell rung then, and all the dragons shuffled out of the dark area, leaving Toad behind.

"Toad!" Chill called, rushing to his side after the area had cleared out.

"Chill?" Toad replied in a wobbly voice. He was beaten, and covered in dirt, tears in his eyes. "Chill, why are you here?"

"What did they do to you? How long has this been happening? Why haven't you told anyone?" Chill questioned, helping him up.

"I... I didn't- I don't... I mean... " Toad stuttered. "I don't wanna be a tattletale. They would come for me even harder then.

"It's fine. Tell the nurse you didn't see who was beat you up," Chill grinned at him.

"I can't tell any adults! They'll catch Amber! And- And then she'll know it was ME who told!"

"Well, what do you suggest we do?" Chill replied.

"I don't know, something! We can't tell adults, though!" Toad pleaded. "We could find some dragons, maybe team up with them, and the hey can help up stop the bullying."

"That's a good idea, IF WE HAD FRIENDS THAT COULD HELP!" Chill growled. "Pretty sure all the tough kids will be on Amber's side. And Pika. Did you see Pika. She was in there with you!"

"Oh, ya. I've seen her a few times. I think she deals drugs or something. I wasn't always a hundred percent sure it was her, though. She never seemed like the type."

"And you never... Whatever! I can't right now!" Chill threw up his talons, guiding Toad to the bathrooms.

"I think Robin has some friends, and I know one is very gossipy. He could probably get the word around," Toad said, washing the dirt off his scales in the washbasin.

"Then we go to him. See if he can help us. We need to take down these bullies!"
