What are the LeafWings like?: Robin

Robin struggled to keep up with the orangish-red shape in front of her. Though she could easily outfly Summer, who was given her mom's almost white, SandWing wings, she definitely couldn't outrun her. And neither could Toad, who was running right behind her.

Torch didn't seem to be having a hard time, though. His red scales looked very bright today, and shone in the sunlight, as if he'd cleaned up just for the occasion, like Robin had.

They did want to make a good impression for the LeafWings and BeeWing, after all.

By the time the four got there, a few curious dragonets were already stood around the house, which had been decorated with lots of potted plants. A few of Summer's friends, including Shore, hung around. But there were also a few bullies sitting on one rooftop. Of course Millrace had to be there, along with Pika. The two had as close a bond as Pika had with Amber. Possibly even closer. Robin commonly found them hanging out together in the dark area.

Beside them was a pink SkyWing. Glider. Robin remembered him as their old first-year bully. The NightWing he had tried to take the scroll from on their first day had become his best friend. The two were known for minor acts of bullying, as well as their pranks.

And speaking of Glider's NightWing friend, Silverwings appeared from a shadow behind Robin, flying up and landing beside his bestie. His wings definitely were silver, with tons of little dots crowded close together.

"Here they are!" Summer shrieked, grabbing Torch's head and pointing it towards the opening door. All the dragonets turned to see two green dragons stepping out.

The first was a handsome male. He had light green scales, a mix of dark and light brown scales trailing down his back, and deep, dark brown eyes. His build was musclar and boxy, and he looked like he played sports a lot. His tail ended in a light brown leaf shape, and the SeaWing-like frill on his head was swept back in a way that made it look like the wind was blowing past him.

The other dragon, Robin presumed his sister, was a lot more elegant and wiry, build wise. Her scales were lighter then the first dragon's, a very pale, Granny Smith Apple colour. She had dark green oval-shaped patches all over her, the same colour as her's and the other's back frills. Her wings, unlike her brother's slightly darker green ones, were light brown, with a light green oval in the middle. The brown was the same shade as the spot around her eyes, and the ovals on the other's cheeks.

"See, lots of dragons to make friends with," someone else called from inside, probably their mom. "Take Froghopper with you."

The female ducked back inside, and came back out with a tiny baby dragonet. He didn't look a day over one, with mostly black scales. His head and underbelly were yellow, as well as his talons. His neck had a criss-cross pattern  of both colours. In fact, the only part of him that didn't have either black or yellow were his dark green eyes, a similar shade to the female leaf dragon's. His wings, though, where what caught Robin's attention. He had four of them, and they looked like dragonfly wings.

Before Robin could blink, Summer was already right in front of the two, introducing herself. Robin stepped up beside her, as well as Toad and Torch.

"And these are Torch and Robin. They're full SkyWings. And Toad, right? He's a MudWing. Robin here had an IceWing friend, too. Maybe you'll get to meet him later on."

Robin grinned. Chill had chosen to hang out with Rogue, his new girlfriend, instead. He said he'd meet the new dragons later, as Rogue had no intrest in the new dragons. She seemed like the most boring dragon in the universe, if you asked Robin.

"So, what are your names?" Summer asked. She was practically bouncing off the walls. She loved knowing everything about other tribes.

"Well, I'm Goldenrod, and this is Froghopper," the female said, lifting the bee-like dragonet up. "And that's my brother, Buckthorn."

"So, it was LeafWings, right? And BeeWings?" Summer continued.

"HiveWings," Buckthorn corrected her. He was tall, and his voice was slightly deeper then most dragons his age, only adding to his attractiveness. The girls at school would swarm him for sure, especially Millrace.

"Right," Summer said, tapping her fist to her head twice. "So, what's your home continent like? Lots of forests for you guys?"

"Lots of questions," Goldenrod grinned. She and her brother were taller then Robin and the others, and looked to be a year older.

"Look, all of you guys," Buckthorn called out to all the dragonets gathered around the house. "Gather 'round. All your questions will be answered. Now, what was it about lots of forests?"
