Is pain always physical?
No. It is not visible all the time.
Sometimes the people who bury their emotional and mental pain behind a tough exterior - a facade - are the ones who are hurting the most.
Sometimes the people who have stood tall and strong in the world's storms without slouching are the ones who are broken inside; who want someone to reach a hand out towards them to offer support.
Sometimes?
