Theme: Trying to find loop-holes in every single thing, subconsciously pulling the calm at its seams and putting yourself in unnecessary dilemmas.

The favourite place to have a gathering for heaps of what-ifs was my mind. They loved the ambience provided by my stressful anxiety so much that they were daily visitors. They loved the different thoughts that were served as they would debate over who could reach the worst scenario. It would always end with me being more stressed-out and troubled.

Thats when I thought; Why was I tearing every thought apart subconsciously? Why was I overthinking every tiny little thing?

So i kicked the what-ifs out of my mind and gave the then empty space to calm and soothing thoughts. Thus, successfully halving my problems.
