I glanced across the dining table over at Billie as he ate, trying not to laugh again. I sniggered lightly as I breathed out.

I looked away from him to my mom. Who gave me 'the eye' that was warning me not to push my luck.

One thing about growing up with Billie was how close our families were. We had dinner together at least every week. My mom and his mom were like best friends. Billie got along just fine with my twin brother, you'd think they'd be best friends. But oh my, their personality's are so different.

My twin brother, Thomas or Tom, was different from Billie. He was different to me, so it was weird to think we're supposed to be twins. And it's easy to say we don't get along very much.

I looked back over at Billie, to see him still trying not to laugh still which made me burst out laughing again.

"Will you both stop it!" My mom gave in trying to ignore.

"I'm sorry mom," I breathed out catching my breath. "It was just- funny," I laughed again. As I heard Billie too.

Tom mumbled beside me. "It wasn't that funny,"

"You don't even have a sense of humour you Nimrod,"

"Yes I do, I just don't find silly idiotic things funny."

"Hey! It was a funny joke!" Billie defended staring over at Tom.

"Billie please just eat." His mom sighed.

"Yes mom,"

I let out a tiny chuckle at Billies switch of attitude, before-

-"You too Ophelia."

I heard Billie laugh back at me whilst I rolled my eyes, glancing down at my plate of food.

"So anyway," My mom breathed in with a smile, carrying on the conversation she was having before Billie made his joke, "I think it would be an amazing experience."

"What?" Me and Billie asked in unison looking up from our plates clueless.

"Me and Ollie were thinking," my mom spoke, "about going on a vacation."

I nodded. "Oh cool,"

"Wait for us or them?" Billie questioned staring over at his mom confused.

"Both," She answered. I looked up straight away from my plate of food shocked.

"Both!?"

"Ophelia don't shout," My mom sighed.

"Like... like me... you, Phee, Tom and Rosie?" He asked, obviously Rosie being my mom.

"Yes Billie,"

"Where to?" Tom questioned.

"Well, we were thinking somewhere like New Jersey or-" Billie cut his mom off from her sentence.

"-New Jersey!? That's across the country!" He exclaimed out, shocked, "That would mean getting a plane there-!"

"No Billie you idiot we would obviously drive there," I commented sarcastically.

"Why New Jersey?" Tom spoke up again, the only one with real intrest in this conversation.

"Well, I've always wanted to go there," Ollie shrugged. "it seems so wonderful,"

"And I think it would be lovely," my mom added.

"So you're telling me that we're going on holiday together? Like all of us? A joint holiday?"

"Yes Phee," my mom replied. "That is what I'm telling you. You, Tom and ... well and Billie are in your last year of school, before we know it you'll be finished and moving away. It'll be nice to get some time with you before you leave."
