Later that evening, Sangjun shuffles into Jungkook's room. "Jungkookie?"
Kook looks away from his laptop. "What's up, bud?"
"I need help with my homework. Can you FaceTime Mr. Park?"
Jungkook picks up his phone.
FaceTiming Jimin...
Jimin answers and smiles. "Hey Jungkook. Does Sangjun need help with something?"
Jungkook nods and hands the phone to Sangjun. "Hi Mr. Park."
"Hey Sangjun! What are you having trouble with?"
Sangjun leaves Jungkook's room and goes back to the kitchen table, propping the phone up.
time skip
Jungkook walks into the kitchen when he's done with his homework and sees Sangjun still talking to Jimin. He's on the last part of his homework.
Jimin smiles. "Very good. Can you tell me again how you spell 'green'?"
"G R E E N."
"Good job!"
Jungkook walks over. "Sorry, Mr. Park. I didn't know he was going to take up so much of your time. Hasn't it been 3 hours?"
"No worries. He seems to be making a bit of progress with 1 on 1 schooling. Have you considered hiring a tutor?"
Jungkook frowns. "I would totally get him one but our mom just sends us enough money to get by. I have a job but I'm using it to pay my way through college."
Jimin thinks for a second. "If you'd like, I could do it for free."
"No, that's asking so much of you. I couldn't."
"It would be my pleasure. I love teaching kids so I really wouldn't mind. I could drop by wherever you two live for an hour or so every weekday."
"Are you sure?"
"Of course."
