Forgive me for this, but I kind of can't stop laughing at the fact that Jungkook is in the hospital. It's only because the day his heart problem makes itself known is the MORNING after Jimin gave him the best sloppy toppy he'd ever had in his life. When the head is so good your heart stops working–

Sangjun tugs at Jungkook's IV and Jimin's stops him. "Don't do that. You might wake him up."

Sangjun huffs and sits in Jimin's lap. "Why is Jungkookie in the hospital?"

"There's a problem with his heart."

"Is it bad?"

"It's bad, but not super duper bad. He'll be okay if he's careful."

Sangjun frowns. "What if he isn't careful?"

Jimin gulps softly. He doesn't want to scare Sangjun. "Jungkook could get very very sick. That's not good."

"What's wrong with his heart?"

"It's weak. One of the parts of his heart is made of scar tissue and fat instead of muscle."

"I don't know what that means..."

"You know how your heart has a rhythm?"

Sangjun nods.

"Well, Jungkook's heart has a weird rhythm that doesn't stay the same. Sometimes his heart forgets to beat and that's dangerous."

"Oh. That sounds bad."

"Yeah."

Jungkook yawns and opens his eyes. "Woah, when did you get here?" Jimin smiles. "Nina dropped him off a few minutes ago."

"You could've woken me up."

Jimin shakes his head. "You needed to rest."

Sangjun climbs onto the hospital bed and sits next to Jungkook. "Your heart is weak." Jungkook nods. "But you don't need to worry. I'll be okay."

"Okay. How long are you going to be in the hospital?"

"I don't know. They want to monitor my condition for awhile."

"What about school?"

"Don't worry about it. We'll both just be absent for a few days."

"Okay."

Jungkook turns to Jimin and grabs his hand. "Can I have a kiss?" Jimin giggles and gives him a kiss. "How do you feel?"

"Great now that you kissed me."

Jimin rolls his eyes. "I'm being serious. Does your chest hurt at all?"

Jungkook nods. "It doesn't hurt a lot, but it hurts a little bit."

"Okay. Tell me if you start feeling really bad and I'll go get the doctor."

Jungkook nods and pulls Jimin closer to the bed. "Your throat sounds a bit scratchy. I wonder why."

Jimin blushes and slaps his arm lightly. "Shut up." Jungkook smiles and gives Jimin one more kiss.

Jimin's phone starts ringing so he stands up and walks out of the room to answer it.

"Hello Mr. Dunlap."

"Mr. Park, I just heard what happened to Sangjun's brother. Is everything okay over there?"

"We're hanging in there. Sorry for calling out on such short notice. I was really preoccupied."

"No need to apologize. I know how stressful it is to have a loved one in the hospital. Do you know how many days you'll be out of school?"

"I'm... not entirely sure. No more than a week."

"Just give me a call when you know."

"Okay."

"Once again, I'm really sorry to hear what happened. Tell Jungkook that I'm rooting for him."

"Sure thing."
