It was the day of the meeting and it had to happen today.
The sound of rushing people can be heard around the place, fancy uniforms organized them while the way they moved graced around people.
Music can be heard around the hallways, it was an orchestra with the musicians playing with harmony.

I stood still, awed about the place, I thought that it was just a meeting.
My red dress flowed behind me, the coolness of the air conditioner crawling up my skin.
"Akala ko na meeting lang? Why so many people?!" I whisper-yelled to Darius and him snickering behind me sliding his hands on my waist.
"Well this IS a meeting." He said, emphasizing the word is.
Napairap lang ako sa kanya, so ganito talaga ang so-called meeting nila? Eh parang ball naman 'to eh!
"Don't worry, just don't get lost.." He whispered against my ear, his nose inhaling my scent. I then nodded at him making our way towards the ballroom.

I held my gaze towards the lights, it's hanging diamonds made the lights reflect the place. I look around, the foods look so expensive and delicious, I feel like I'm living the dream.
When the people noticed us, murmurs were heard all around the room. Their judging eyes were burning holes to our backs. Gosh may mga chismosa rin pala na mga mayayaman.
Darius walked first, enveloping his uncle into a proffesional handshake while his Uncle Jordan was barely smiling at all.
