Peter Stark was perched on a rooftop, feet dangling over the edge as he exhaled softly. He held his mask in his hand while casting his gaze to the skyline ahead of him that always showed some sign of life. It was peaceful and quiet, and if Peter was being honest there were few too little moments like these in his life. Living the life of a superhero was like a movie on fast forward, it was the rare moments like these that really kept the boy mentally in check.

A voice quietly breathed out as a weight leaned against his shoulder, “What are you thinking about?”

Peter turned with a smile on his face to see Frostbite or as he knew her Kira Barton leaned against him, eyes trained in the same direction with a smile on her face. He felt her fingers interlock with his and his smile widened, “Nothing much. Just how nice it is up here.”

Kira nodded, more of her platinum locks falling against Peter’s shoulder. The two fifteen year olds stayed in silence as they watched the sun set together, leaned against each other for extra warmth.

The friends and lovers’ moments of peace were quickly interrupted at the sound of an explosion that nearly sent the two toppling over the building’s roof. Peter panicked and grabbed Kira before the two could fall as he spoke through his comm, “What was that?”

Kira quickly got to her feet, “Whatever it is we should get there first to make sure that everyone is okay.” She leaped off the rooftop and flew to where a building had collapsed, Peter swinging not far behind her.

The two did a classic superhero landing as Deadpool kindly shouted while gleefully watching on a neighboring rooftop while chugging something that Peter assumed was bleach. The two Avengers got to work, getting everyone to safety while supporting what was left of the building before more civilians could’ve gotten hurt.

Peter was helping an elderly woman who had fallen over and lost her glasses and made sure that she was okay. The woman thanked him as well as for the churro the other day when she pointed to the bank next door saying, “She went in there.”

“She who?”, inquired Peter.

The woman frowned, “I um, she had silver colored hair and she was wearing a black suit. She had claws, she reminded me of my kitten, you remember Dolly…”

Peter smiled, “Of course Mrs. Hirsh, the officers are going to make sure you’re all okay. Thank you so much. Frostbite we’re needed at the bank!”

The two Avengers headed into the bank, and just as they stepped in Peter felt a strong tingle. “There’s something coming our direction, duck!” He pushed Kira and himself to the side right as the sound of bullets echoed against his ears.

Kira breathed out as she tucked a platinum lock of hair behind her ear, “Thanks, papa would kill us both if I ever got shot. And so would your dad. Question,” she said while standing up, “How the hell do all you crooks have guns? What is this, the 1920s?”

She didn’t get a vocal answer, instead the sound of gunfire being directed towards them. The Barton raised her hands and ice cold energy spilled out, acting as a shield from getting shot. While Kira and Peter got to attacking the thugs, the latter noticed something oddly familiar about the men. They were henchmen, but for who?”

Silver colored hair, black suit, claws...Catwoman doesn’t steal anymore since Batman put a ring on her, well she still kinda does but that’s a whole other story. But, there’s  another cat who is notorious for elaborate stunts like these. Black Cat! He called out while disarming a thug, “Frostbite, these are Black Cat’s henchmen.” He ducked as he spun-kicked the gun out of a dude’s hands, “Okay where do you all get these guns from?”
