Tom reached the Boat on the secluded cove, to others it looked intimidating and scary, even a little uninviting. but to Tom, it was a mere obstacle getting in the way of his sweet sweet revenge.
He tore away the tarp and marched down the stairs to find Redd in the corner making another fake painting. when he saw Tom he smiled a sly smile
"hello there Nookie~ how can I help?" he said, folding his arms. but Tom was having none of his nonsense. Tom wasn't tall but he was strong. It took him a couple of strides to reach Redd and in a flash, he pulled Redd by the collar down to his level
"YOU. HAVE RUINED EVERYTHING" Tom was practically foaming at the lips
"YOU NEARLY KILLED A RESIDENT BY SELLING THEM A FAULTY MIXER AND DESTROYING EVIDENCE" Tom was getting progressively angrier but Redd barely flinched.
"YOU RUINED THE ISLANDS CONCERT FOR K.K HE COULD HAVE BEEN REALLY HURT! YOU HAVE SLOWLY BEEN RIPPING THEIR ISLAND APART!"
Redd interrupted his rant "listen buddy, you can not prove that I have done anything you accuse me of. To think, we could have been good friends....but you had to get pissy over a couple of bells'' while doing his toothy signature smirk
Tom snapped.
Before Redd could tell what's happening Tom had Redd pinned up against a wall
"I HAVE WORKED MY ASS OFF FOR THIS ISLAND I POURED MY HEART MY SOUL MY TIME AND MONEY MY EVERYTHING IN THIS ISLAND! YOU SEAMED TO HAVE COME TO THIS ISLAND WITH THE INTENTION OF FUCKING EVERYTHING UP!" Tom was only seeing red at this point
YOU SCAM DANNY YOU SCAM DIVA AND MESS UP THE ISLANDS ECOSYSTEM JUST BECAUSE! YOU'RE A MONSTER! YOU'VE DONE NOTHING BUT BASH OUR PROGRESS ON THIS ISLAND. YOU'VE AGITATED THE RESIDENTS TO THE PART WHERE THEY WILL COME TO ME FOR ADVICE.
WE NEARLY HAD SOMEONE MOVE OUT OVER THIS. DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW MUCH DAMAGE YOUR LITTLE GAMES CAUSED "
"Monster is a little bit harsh," Red said still sounding cocky
This was not a good idea
Tom's grip tightened on Redd's shirt and he pressed him harder into the wall "YOU!...you!..." Tom was beginning to crack, he could feel tears welling in his eyes. Redd, still recovering from the sudden movement, managed to spit out a remark
"look, if you're going to have a tantrum then at least take it to your girlfriend"
Tom looked up and looked Redd dead in the eye "if you're talking about Isabelle. She is my secretary. nothing more nothing less". He and Redd were nose to nose, they could hear each other's heartbeat.
Before Tom could utter another word, Redd crashed his lips into Toms.
They came together with such ease it was like two magnets clicking together .Polar opposites yet it was so perfect and warm they could feel it. it felt right, it felt good to them in that fleeting moment of bliss.
Tom's anger melted away and was replaced with sharp jabs of shock, confusion and something else deep down. but his mind was on mute and his heart began to lead the way his grip loosened on Redd's shirt and his right hand made its way up to Redd's face where he gently caressed his cheek. The kiss probably only lasted for a few moments but it felt as if it would last forever.
Hello! and welcome to the long-awaited part 10! and I'm super sorry it took so long for me to get this out. I have not been well and the idea of pulling an all-nighter to write a chapter did not seem like the best thing for me. Also, I apologise for the shortness of this chapter as I have a few ideas of where I got this story to go and I want to see what you guys think! that will be out soon!
