You awoke with a start, looking around and realizing you had no clue where you were or how you got there. After a moment you remembered what you had done, and that afterward you got into a truck to hide, and had proceeded to fall asleep. Agh fuck. What did I get myself into now? I'm so stupid- how could I have let myself fall asleep in a truck that went God knows where with me in it?!? You scanned the area as you continued to internally curse yourself. Luckily, no one was around the truck, so you slinked out and away from it without any trouble.
Taking in your surroundings, you realized that you were in an alleyway. Knowing this, you had even less of a clue as to where the hell you were. Great, just great Y/N. You've sure as fuck done it now! You scowled at yourself as you quietly snuck over to the open end of the alley. You scanned your surroundings to see that the truck you hitched a ride with on accident was parked next to a warehouse, and a big one at that. Along with that, it had multiple other warehouses attached to it, and for a warehouse, it looked pretty fancy, and could even be considered grand. Jeez, wonder how much that cost the guy buying it. Wonder if the guy's a murderer. Hope not. You let out a quiet snort at your own sarcasm, but then realized with a start that no one was around. You would have expected some people to be hanging around the warehouse, maybe across the street, or as a guard or something. But there was no one to be seen, your surroundings left barren of life. It was unnervingly quiet as well, which didn't help your now rising anxiety. Okay, calm the fuck down Y/N- if anything this is a good thing! No one to bother you. Yeah, maybe, but you also have no idea where you are. If someone was here you could maybe, I don't know, figure that out? Ughhhhhhhhh. Taking another look around, you felt as if the only option you had was to figure out where the hell you were by searching for some answers from within the warehouse. So, you took a deep breath, headed over to the entrance, and awkwardly knocked on the door.
Really, genius? Knocking on the door of the creepy warehouse. Great idea. Surprisingly, the door wasn't locked and those few knocks pushed it ever so slightly enough for you to realize that. Awkwardly shuffling inside, you closed the door behind you softly as to not make any loud noises. This warehouse was giving you insanely bad vibes, but before you could second guess your decision and turn back around to leave, you realized that when you had shut the door behind you, it locked. Nope. This was a horrible idea. You're an idiot. Why would you close the door behind you?!? Sighing and taking a deep breath in hopes of calming yourself down, you decided to continue into the warehouse in hopes of finding someone. You traversed the stairs to your right, finding a door at the end of it, which led to another room, which led to another door, then to a small hallway, and then to another warehouse. Am I in a maze or something?? What kind of warehouse is this?!?! Panicked and lost, you continued to lightly jog through the interconnected "warehouses" when you heard something that sounded like human life. You wanted to rush in and beg them for directions of how to get out of the hellish maze you had trapped yourself in when you stopped. While listening to their hushed murmurs, you noticed that these people were angry, and arguing with each other about something. You crept your way over to the door and leaned your ear up against it in hopes of learning something. Just as you had leaned against the door and began to listen in, there was a loud remark, and the door immediately opened on you.
FUCK SHIT FUCK I'M GONNA DIE.
"What the- how the hell did this little shit get in here?!"
You scrambled to try and get up and run but before you could, a hand grabbed the strap of your backpack from behind and tugged, pulling you into the room and into the group. The man that grabbed you had put you between himself and a few other men, so that you couldn't escape without one of them stopping you first. They all had an intimidating facade, but you could tell that they were trembling in their boots. Why do they look so scared? You backed yourself into a corner and cowered away from them in fear. You had no escape. Nowhere to run. You were trapped. Time seemed to slow down as the men stared at you, their mouths opening and closing as they spoke, no sound to be heard. As you shrunk further and further into the corner, another door opened and gunshots rang out, the men falling dead, gunshot wounds in their heads and torsos. You hid underneath the desk you had been pressing yourself into and clamped a hand over your mouth, trying to keep yourself from making any noise that could alert the newcomer. The character sighed as they made their way around the fallen men closer toward you. Even so, it didn't seem like they knew you were there. "I swear- if they leave behind any more witnesses..." The rest trailed off, but from that, you knew for a fact that the newcomer was a woman. Footsteps came closer to where you were hidden, but then came to an abrupt stop. Your breath hitched in your throat as your mind raced, thinking that you may have been found out. I'm going to die. This lady is going to find me, and then kill me. I'm a witness aren't I?! Fuckkkk! The woman let out a breath as she walked out of the room while muttering how she thought she heard someone. You let out a massive sigh of relief when she left, and almost even started crying out of relief. But you knew you weren't free just yet.
