Becky's POV

I waited for the result. It was taking hours. I closed my eyes and just waited.

I prepared myself for both the outcomes. When I opened my eyes, I saw 2 pink lines.

I was happy as well as sad.

I was pregnant but I was sad that Micheal wasn't with me.

I ran out and hugged Derek.

"I am pregnant" I shrieked and started jumping.

"Okay, okay Beck. Call Micheal" he said.

"What?"

"Call him and ask him to come here." He said.

"But"

"No Becky, you are pregnant now, things are not the same. Anyways I will soon find out where he is hiding Mini. Micheal will get here and we will get to him." He said.

"I will call him in the morning" I said.

"Call him now" he said

I nodded as he gave me his phone.

I wasn't carrying mine. I didn't want anyone to trace me.

The phone rang.

"Hello" said Micheal.

On hearing his voice, I almost broke up. He sounded so sad, only I could make out.

"Hello" he repeated again.

"Mike" I broke up.

"Becky? Are you out of your mind? You left me. You left me alone. I was so worried" he screamed.

I kept quiet. He had the right to be angry.

"Where are you? Are you okay?" he asked.

"Yes, I am with Derek and we are in India" I said.

"That bastard. I will kill him Beck, I will kill him. Is Mini with you?" he asked.

"No Mike. Derek is helping us. He found out that Sanders is hiding Mini in Mumbai." I said.

"What? What are you saying?" Mike was confused.

I narrated him the entire story.

"I am coming Becky, I am coming to you." He said.

"One more thing, Micheal" I said.

"Yes"

"I am pregnant" I said.

"You are?" he got so happy. "We are having a baby, yay"

"Give the phone to Derek" he said in a serious voice.

I did as said. Derek went to the balcony to talk.

I could hear nothing.

They talked for a minute and then hung up.

Derek's POV

Becky gave me the phone to talk to Micheal.

Why does he want to talk to me?

All I have ever done is harm the love of his life.

I took the phone and went to the balcony.

"Hello" I said in a deep voice.

"Hello, Derek" he said.

"Yes, Micheal"

"I know we haven't been on the same page but can I trust you?" he asked.

"Yes, you can trust me. I always care for Becky and Mini is my niece, I will find her Micheal." I said.

"Thank you, man. Take care of Becky. She told me about your son, Luke. I am so sorry, I got you wrong." He said.

I could feel the pain in his voice. He seemed so worried for his wife and daughter.

"Don't be, Micheal. I will take care of Becky, Mini and your unborn child. You just get here as soon as possible. Your family needs you." I said.

"I am on my way" he said.

"See you, Micheal." I said.

"Yes, good bye Derek" he said and we hung up.

I went in and Becky was staring at me.

"What was he saying? Was he angry? I am so sorry but he has quite a temper. He doesn't mean it..."

I cut her off "He was telling me to look after you."

She became quiet and looked at me.

I got up and went out of the room. I had to find out where Sanders was hiding Mini.

This was India, finding goons here is very cheap and easy.

But is was 2 in night, I had to wait till morning.

I went to bed making sure Becky ate something.

When I woke up, I called Ilyasi Abraham. He was a drug lord here in Mumbai. I did him a favour once.

I told him to find out the whereabouts of Mini. I also sent him her picture.

He had very good connection, I knew he would give me the information by afternoon.

It was 10 o clock in the morning in India.

Becky was still sleeping. She has been sleeping a lot. I didn't disturb her and went to take a long bath.

My phone buzzed. It was 4 o clock now.

"Hey" said Ilyasi.

I greeted him and then we got to point.

"He has her at an abandoned building opposite Vardan Commercial Complex, Wagle Estate, 400604"

"Thank you, man." I said and hung up.

I sent the address to Micheal. He would be her in 5 hours. Then we would go and get Sanders.

Becky woke up. I told her everything. She smiled and then went to freshen up.

We passed time till 8 and then got a call from Micheal.

"He is here" I said getting up.

Becky got up too.

"No, no, you aren't coming" I said.

"WHY?" she asked.

"You are pregnant Beck. It is a big risk." I said.

"My daughter is in danger. I can't just sit here" she said.

"Okay, but you are staying in the car"

She nodded.

I got my weapons, dressed in all black and then we were in the car.

I started the engine. In around 45 minutes, we were standing at the bottom of the building. It was dark and shady. I could see armed men all around the building.

"We wait for Micheal" I said.

She nodded.
