A/N If you are an athiest (someone who doesn't believe in God,) I have made a few bible changes/hints, so if you feel offended in a way, I am sorry but I couldn't think of anything else for this chapter so. You have been warned.

I ran out of Emma's room to tell the Guardian's of what had happened to her. However, before I got a chance to reach the meeting room, a blue flickering light made it's way down the hall. I tried to reach out and touch it, but it dissapeared in thin air, only to appear a few feet in front of me. I smiled and walked towards it making it dissapear and move back again. Soon a whole trail of these lights were in front of me making me follow it.

As I did, I heard two more pairs of foot steps and I turned around. Afraid it was Pitch, I was realieved to find Mer and Hic behind me.

"What are you guys doing here?"

"We saw ye followin' wisps, so we thought we'd come join ye." Mer explained in her scottish accent.

"What are wisps?" I asked.

"The legends in my book say, that these creatures mainly appear in Scotland and lead the finder to their fate." Hiccup answered for me, proud that his knowledge had come in handy, I rolled my eyes and continued to walk with my friends beside me.

I was taking in the details of the abandoned hallways the wisps, as Mer calls them, led us to our or my "destiny."

Soon, the wisps stopped floating when we reached a room that looked like it had been deserted for a few years. I looked around with Mer and Hic and saw a glass case in the middle of the floor. I looked inside it and saw Elsa. They never buried her. And she looked the same since I last saw her alive.

"Her ice powers prevent her body from decaying." Hiccup explained when I looked at them.

My eyes filled with tears as I saw the corpse of my dead lover. I looked closer at her and saw her hands holding an object of some sort. Carefully opening the glass case, I opened her hands and saw a book. With gentle hands, I took the book from her ice cold fingers and placed the case back on. Butt not before giving her an unmeltable ice rose once again.

"What's that?" The other two stared in wonder as I showed them the book. They fell to their knees as if to bow to the book.

"What, it is just a book." I told them looking at the book with no special need for it.

Merida saw the look on mmy face and told me, her face still in shock, "Jack, I don't think ye understan what it's purpose is. That, is the book of life and death. The balance."

My eyes widened at this. I had never heard of such a book.

"I have never heard of it. Why is it so important?"

Merida face palmed herself and Hiccup groaned, "I know the story off by heart, but the true story is in this book. So leat's read the history."

"Of what?"

"The world."

History

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Long ago in the world, there was nothing. Nothing but darkness. Then a light came, from nowhere, this light produced so much, the universe was created. However, after using too much of it's energy, the light burned out leaving the moon and it's shadow in control of when the earth rises and fails. Man in the moon and Pitch Black.
Many years later, the moon grew lonley even with his brother and created a companion at it's side, this companion was the sun. The moon would not be able to meet the sun without his brother noticing his dissapearence, but he made a deal: One night evey month, he would shower so much light onto the earth, with him resting the next night, he would visit the sun. Creating the no moon night.
