(First we have Dori the Promoter. It's pretty obvious what he does. He promotes your restaurant attracting customers to come and eat.)

(Now we have Timmy the Server. You'd think that he would go and serve the customers food but you're wrong. There are certain "customers" that would come and cause chaos at the restaurant. Timmy would go and chase them out. Timmy is also Chef Gumi right-hand man.)
