CHAPTER 57: Mistress Of Evil

Eris' POV

"Ano ng plano mo?" Rafael ask me. Nasa tagong parte kami ng isang coffee shop. The bodyguard wait in the car.

"The same one I have planned." sumimsim ako kapeng nasa harap ko.

"You could have ask me to kill her for you." he offered his services pero ito ang dapat ko ng ginawa noon pa.
"I know you hate dirty works." Tinignan ko siya sa mata. Naninibago pa din siya sa katauhan ko. He probably knows this girl.

"Bakit di mo samahan ang asawa at anak mo?" he mocked "Magmumukha nga pala kayong pamilya na walang nanay." he quipped.

Naiinis ako sa mga banat niyang ganito. I am his mistress but looking at me mukhang hindi.

His uniform annoys me "Mukha kang malinis sa uniform mo..." stating at the white long-sleeved blazer "...kahit hindi"

It's true pero iba ang takbo ng utak niya. He ask someone to stage an accident with my son's adoptive mother para hindi makapagsalita. She's in coma sa isang private hospital.

Umalis kami sa coffee ng hindi magkasabay. I know reapers are watching this girl.

Sinabihan ko si Artemis na magkita kami sa Cafe Soleil. I know she will come. She agreed to meet me there.
Tinawagan ko ang numero ni Minerva bago siya umupo. 10 seconds after the call ay dumating na siya.

"What's up?" she gleefully took the bait. So vulnerable.

"Nothing namiss ko lang ang bonding natin." I acted according to her cousin's attitude even the choice of words.

"I miss you too!" malambing siyang sumagot pero hindi ito tatalab sa akin.

"May boyfriend ka na ba?" The sudden question made her stop.

"H-huh bakit mo naman naitanong yan?" she stammered. I can confirm it from her actions.

"You can tell me everything." I offered. Ayaw pang magpahuli ng lintik.

"Sort of." Bingo. I maintained my happy-go-lucky look.

"How does it feel?" I curiously ask. Alam ko yung feeling bitch! Kahit ang masaktan alam ko. "I mean... I want to know about it."

"Well you will feel the sparks." her eyes glittered "And butterflies..."

Ako naman na parang tanga ay go with the flow.

"You sudden ask that question." her eyes narrowed. "Why is that?" hindi naman niya naririnig ang paghinga sa cellphone di ba?

Tinignan niya ang suot na orasan. Saan naman pupunta ang babaeng ito.

"Does he visit you?" she swallowed at at the sudden attack.

"Oo." nagdadalawang isipi pa siya bago sumagot. This is easy as I thought. Rafael is right she trust others easily. Lalo na ako—ang pinsan niya.

"How about a kiss?" anticipate it Minerva. Miss Goody-two-shoes is hiding something.

Isang busina ang narinig namin sa kotse. That must be her brother.

"Sorry I have to go. Kuya's getting impatient." she kissed my cheek before leaving.

That night nalaman kong nagalit si Minerva. Her precious daughter hid a secret from her.

Bumisita ako sa kanila. I used her cousin's identity. The dog is barking as usual. Kinuha lang ito ng kuya niya at sinama sa kwarto.

"How did she know that?" iyak nito sa akin. She's smart she should have realize it sooner.

"Concern lang si Tita sayo." plastic bitch.

"Kahit si Kuya..." hagulgol nito "...hindi siya makausap."

My call to face the one who holds my husband's heart.

"Tita may kilala po ba kayong Damian?" natigilan siya sa ginagawa.

"Saan mo narinig iyan?" her question is serious. I smiled triumphantly.

"Narinig ko lang po..." I chided "...muntik niyo na daw pong pakasalan iyon."

"Wag na nating pagusapan yan." like mother, like daughter. "ayaw ko ng maalala iyan."

I even cause trouble on her friends. When we are at school I send Lindsey a letter. Gayang-gaya ang sulat kamay ni Justin.

"I love you. Matagal na kitang gusto." was written on the paper.

"I told you she's off limits!" nagsuntukan sila sa locker area.

"Hindi talaga ako ang nagbigay noon!" the former defense himself bago gumanti ng suntok.

After reading that Genevive did not talk to Linsey at all. Ang dating biro ay totoo pala.

The boys end up in a 3 days suspension. An akward air goes between the girls. The Jacinto household fractured. Unti-unti ko silang pipilayan that way madadapa sila sa paraang gusto ko.

People in their emotional state is fun to play with. May gusto pa akong paglaruan. Jared—the boyfriend of Miss Goody-two-shoes Artemis.

He looks like he doesn't care at all bit deep inside I know he does. He will recieve the heaviest blow I will release.

"Are you having fun?" his breath on my neck send shivers to my spine.

"What are you talking about?" inosente kong tanong dito.

"Don't take me for a fool." he snickered. His reaction can't be read. "Sino ka ba talaga?"

"Anong sinasabi mo?" he reads my face, paggalaw ng mga mata ko. He is looking at me if I am lying. "Nasali ka lang sa grupo akala mo ikaw na si Dan." there I said it.

Annoyance displayed in his eyes. A dangerous smirk is on his lips. Tumalikod ito. He didn't utter anywords.

Wag kang magalala hindi pa ako tapos sa inyo.

'You bitch! Pagbabayaran mo lahat ng ito!' Naia's voice echo in my head.
