1 week later

The loud music blasted on my earphone as I sipped my whipped coffee and tried to act all casual.

The sun shone brightly over our heads, promising a new day, a new hope. Clouds lazily grazed around the sky as the heat of sun was welcoming after days of continuous torrents.

The pain of loosing someone slowly faded away as staying strong became a new motive for all of us.

The breeze of hope, dreams and wishes blew by as the strings of a hearty tune played around us.

If you asked me, what I am feeling right now then I'd say that, I am feeling extremely annoyed because we are sitting here for one freaking hour and that friend of his has no interest in showing up. I'm still doubting that if he will even come or not.

But this Mr. Ice Bag beside me looked abnormally okay with the fact that we are wasting our time on God knows who.

"Your death glares on me won't bring him here, do you know that?" Travis spoke up, his eyes stilled on his phone.

My glare intensified as I sipped my third cup of coffee inwardly gagging at the too sweet aroma.

Ah..too much cream and caffeine for one day..

My eyes fell on my new beeping phone which was brought by Mr. Ice Bag (Of course against my sheer unwillingness duh..) . But I accepted it anyway but of course under condition of paying him back when I get my payment.

My phone book did not have much number. Just a few including the police and emergency numbers.

Adrienne was continuously texting me, demanding where I was, if I was even okay and many more...

Our trial was coming to an end and she was super exited to see me. She also gave me Mason's number and that guy was not any better then her.

He also seemed pretty concerned about me. And I don't know where they got the idea of me having suicidal thoughts as they kept lecturing about the bright side of life and other philosophical shits.

I'm not gonna die that easily, I'm not that stupid to jump out of the terrace

Mom was no different from them. She also kept texting me during her lunch breaks. She got me some good news including her new home and office. She also made sure to sent me some amount of cash after learning that I lost my credit cards.

But it certainly felt good to learn that, I got people who genuinely cares for me .

My train of thoughts finally reached it's station when I heard the sound of creaking chair indicating that someone was about to sit here.

I titled my head to get view of the stranger. My eyes widened as my gaze fell on his too lanky form.

I can bet he was a head shorter than me.

His face lacked all those muscularity and those beard were too fake to be real. And his body, I wonder if he even has a muscle under those baggy clothes.

He looked highly suspicious with those nerdy glasses and oversize hat which covered half of his face.

I squinted my eyes while placing the cup on my lips.

"I better suggest you to not drink right now." Travis said but who even cares, huh?

It's my wish and I'll drink whenever I want. It's not his place to give me wired suggestions.

I was too busy at gawking at his friend who looked highly irritated by my stares.

"You know it's rude to stare like that." His feminine voice rang into my ears.
