"May we now call on the stars of the night! Our debutantes, the Lim twins, Shaloice Kayrille and Shaloiah Kiddron!"
"Let us all give them a round of applause!" the emcee said and they all clapped their hands while we were having our grand entrance.
"Am I dreaming, Ahia?" I asked Ahia.
"Why? What do you mean?"
"I think the debutantes are still shocked of what's happening," natatawang sabi ng emcee kaya naman napatingin kami sa kaniya. "Shall we start?"
My twin and I chuckled before nodding our heads. Our parents never fail to surprise us. Isama na rin si Suzie. They really did a great job in here.
Nagsimula na ang program. Unang tinawag si Mommy for her opening remarks.
"Good evening everyone. My husband and I are really thankful to all of you for coming here, especially those from far places. I know some of you are busy in school and work, but you still gave us your time to be in here. I will not make this long enough, I hope you all enjoy. Sharille, Shadd, happy birthday," my mom said in front before going back to her seat na malapit lang sa pwesto namin.
"Thank you, Mrs. Lim, for the short message. Now, let me call on Mr. Ariel Kin Lim, the uncle of the twins, for the opening prayer."
After the prayer by Uncle Ariel, we had our dinner first.
"Oh?"
"Alam mo lahat ng 'to?" I asked.
Bakit mo natanong?"
"Wala lang. I'm just amazed dahil ang ganda ng set up nila. Ginawa pa nilang classy sila Doraemon at Spongebob," I replied and we both laughed.
Para bang sky and sun.
"Hi Ate Shaloice, Kuya Kidd," he giggled.
Ang cuteeee. Ang alam ko seven years old pa lang siya. He gave us an adorable message before giving one bar of chocolates to me and one bar to Shadd. I thanked him and hugged him. I smiled at them and they smiled back. Kumpleto silang pamilya ah.
Sumunod pa ang iba. Halos lahat sila ay mga bata. Ganun ba talaga yon? Pero kilala ni Shadd so I didn't mind. Pinag-isa na kasi yung 21 chocolates, instead na tig-21 kami.
"And now, let us have the 21 Treasures or 21 Gifts of our lovely debutantes!"
