So here I am, escorting Shika to Norrham for goodness knows why?!
Now waiting for her return like I'm some sort of chauffeur for goodness knows how?!
Having given her a time limit of thirty minutes, which has long expired without her return for goodness knows because?!
It's not like the time limit was necessary, I just like everything to happen on schedule.
Like, oh I don't know? Keeping two psycho Titans from finding her. And...
Beep beep.
Would you look at that! They're headed this way!
Anyways, long story short; I tracked down their location, gave ourselves an ETA, paid some kid to find a brown haired girl in pale grey army clothing and deliver a dangerous small knife to her.
Which brings us to this...
"Turn around."
3, 2, 1...
"Ouch." Shika's confused voice came right on time.
"You got it? Now go!"
"Excuse me?! A tanto hurts!" She whined.
"Yeah you can't blame the kid for having bad aim..." I muttered.
"Now which way do I go?" She asked.
I would curse the ghosting procedure for making her so clumsy if I hadn't run out of curses to throw.
I checked her location, "Go to the east side of Norrham and look for a gate checkpoint like this one."
No response came, but the small dot on the screen started moving east, so hopefully she was listening.
I was just about to head after her when the channel let out a bit of static.
"Cameron."
You have got to be kidding me!
"I see you're in Norrham," said Hector, "If you're still there by the time we get there, we could have some fun."
I could hear the grin on his ugly mug!
"Yeah that'd be swell..." I muttered before the channel returned to normal.
"Shika? Are you still there?"
"Cam?! You know the way me being lieutenant means I honestly shouldn't be afraid of the patrollers?"
I never told her that.
"Yeah~... I've got patrollers on every street and by the sound of things, they are looking for me!"
Ah geez. Just great!
"Keep moving but stay out of sight. I'll come get you."
Honesty! Just great!
