Chapter Forty Six

Alexis starts punching Wyatt hard.
"Alex." Casey said as he tries to pull her off of Wyatt.
Alexis continues to punch Wyatt and begins to punch him.
"Alexis." Maverick said.
"I got something to tell you." Wyatt said.
Alexis continues to punch him.
"I was in on it. When your little precious family died." Wyatt said.
"They were your family too." Alexis said.
"Momy and Daddy were getting a divorce." Wyatt said in a baby voice.
Alexis continues to punch Wyatt. Maverick pulls Alexis off by the waist of her turnout pants.
"Lets go." Maverick said.
"Get off me!" Alexis angrily said hitting Maverick's side.
Alexis gets out of Maverick's hold and continues to punch Wyatt.
Intelligence runs into the waiting room. Jay picks Alexis up and walks into the ED holding her as she tries to kick her way out of Jay's hold.
"Can someone check her hand?" Jay asked.
"Bed 4." Maggie said.
"I swear, Halstead." Alexis said.
"I'm not letting you go until you calm down." Jay said.
"He helped kill my family, Jay. My eight year old brother and my mom." Alexis said crying.
Jay holds her a little tighter as they sit on the bed. April walks in.
"I'm going to kill him." Alexis said.
"This is the reason why I can't let you go." Jay said.
"Kelly's up getting a CT. So far he just needs a few stitches and oxygen." April said as she looks at Alexis's bloody hand.
Alexis throws her head back as she gets impatient just wanting Kelly.
"You broke two of your knuckles. Keep your hand wrapped and ice it." April said.
They walk back to the waiting room.
"I can't leave you alone." Jay said.
"I want to be with my family. I want Jamie, my mom, Luke. I don't want to be dead but I want them. Luke was my best friend, the reason why I'm a firefighter." Alexis said.
"Sit." Jay said.
Alexis sits in front of Jay on the floor and he starts playing with her hair. She slowly calms down.
They get a call and they all run out except Alexis. She leans her head on Jay's leg.
