Riptide's Interview

Joy: *sweats nervously*

Joy: Heeeeeeeeeeyyyyyyy

Joy: It's been a little while hehe

Joy: BUT PEOPLE GET BUSY AND FORGET THINGS, OK, AT LEAST WE'RE NOT THE AIR FORCE!

Joy: Anyways, today we will be interviewing my wonderful father in law, the one, the only-

Joy: RIPTIDE!

Riptide: *spins around in swivel chair*

Riptide: Hi!

Joy: Let's just jump right in, shall we?

Riptide: Hit me.

Joy: "I should mention I do ship ripnami, but how the HELL do you put up with someone so, I think headstrong is the word? Maybe feisty is a better word."

Riptide: Feisty is definitely one word for it. I think I put up with it because I admire the dedication that Tsunami puts into thinks for her to called headstrong, and I think she's cute when she's feisty.

Joy:.....I think I'm starting to see the similarities between you and your son.

Joy: Why did you initially join talons of peace?

Riptide: I was kicked out of the Sea Kingdom by Coral. I had nowhere to go, no friends, and I had no idea where Tsunami had gone, but I knew the Talons of Peace had taken her in originally, so I figured if anyone could be able to help me find her, it was them. But they didn't know, and I had nowhere better to be, so I just stuck around. *shrugs* 

Joy: Okay, but they STILL SUCK.

Riptide: Yes. Yes they do.

Joy: On a scale of 1-10, How hard was it to betray your tribe?

Riptide: Considering that it was the same tribe that treated me like garbage for as long as I could remember, not as hard as it should've been. 2.

Joy: On a scale of 1-10, How hard was it to lie to Tsunami? 

Riptide: 10. I hated lying to her. She was the only one whjo ever really stuck up for me.

Joy: How did it feel to have your dad abandon you and run away to a place he didn't even want to be?

Riptide: NOT GREAT.

Joy: Why did you fall for Tsunami? 

Riptide: Because she didn't immediately hate me and she trusted and stuck up for me and she's beautiful and strong and nothing like Coral.

Joy: What was your initial reaction (the internal type) to Tsunami's accidental flirting?

Riptide:........

Riptide: Welll.....

Riptide: I thought I was hallucinating at first.

Riptide: And then I thought hey, maybe the world is finally cutting me some slack and being nice for once.

Riptide: I think I was half right.

Joy: Worth the scars?

Riptide: Completely worth it.

Joy: Kelp or Seashell? 

Riptide:....As a parent I'm not allowed to choose.

Joy: CHOOSE.

Riptide: Fine, but you can't tell them..... Kelp.

Joy: I knew it.

Joy: Me or Geyser?
