Yoongi's POV -

Monday, 17th July -

Today is officially our second week in New Zealand, and honestly I could get used to this life. Even though it's winter, there's still a hint of heat in the air, and the grass smells good in the morning, like fresh dew. All the frost disappears in the early afternoon, and a coat isn't always a necessity. Honestly, I wish we didn't have such a packed schedule, because I would love to just sit down, and watch the world go by, enjoying the New Zealand view.

The crew gave us these diaries last night, and said we should start documenting everything we feel, so we don't have to rely on speech to communicate our feelings. I think it was because of me, that they chose to do this, because I don't like talking. I like writing. Thankfully, the other boys seem to be on board with it. We can do it all in our own times.

Today, despite the cooling weather, we went for a hike through the fields and the mountains, and ended up at this massive lake. The water was so clear I could practically see straight through, and the mountains either side created a great reflection. I wanted to stay longer, but Seokjin accidentally slipped his foot in the water, and we had to head back before he ended up with frostbite. Maybe, on our free day, I'll go back down there on my own. Maybe I'll write a song down there.

As the days pass, the weather seems to be getting colder. We have a TV in the condo, but, due to our packed schedule, we haven't really watched any shows. We have played on the Wii, though. The producers have watched the weather forecast though, and they said that the weather is being caused by a massive snow cloud passing over. According to the forecast, the cloud is just going to pass right over.

I honestly wish we'd been given these diaries on the first week, when we first arrived. I feel like I could write forever about the views, and all the farm animals we see roaming in fields. I really do love New Zealand. There's so much that we've done, that I don't think we even touched on all the details in the filming, and even then a lot of it is going to be edited out.

It's getting pretty late here, and we have to get up early again tomorrow. We're not able to do any water activities, since the water is too cold, and we'll end up getting sick. We're mostly doing things that get us to see the view. Like we did camping, and we still have the campervan with us, though we haven't slept in it since two days ago. We're leaving the condo tomorrow, and having the rest of the trip in the van again.

So yeah, I should wrap this up. Today was a good day. I loved the walk, I loved seeing the sights. I really wanted to drink out of the pond. I should come back here when we get some time off ...

Tuesday, 18th July -

There's been a slight change of plans. We woke up early this morning, and we were told we were going to have to wait a while before we set off. All of our things were packed and ready to go, but there seemed to be a problem. The staff seemed pretty het up about something, wish set off both me and Hoseok, though Hoseok is much more vocal about his nervousness than me. We stayed in the community dining hall, stroking the dogs, whilst we waited for some form of news.

Two hours after we were supposed to set off, we finally got some news. That massive snow cloud that we had heard about yesterday was slowing down in movement, much to the forecast's horror. Now, instead of going over New Zealand, it seems that the Southern half will be completely snowed in. We're in the South end.
