The After Party

*Y/n's POV*

Y/n and Dinobot were sitting at the main table at the front of the dining hall. On Dinobot's right sat Optimus Primal, Rattrap, Rhinox, Silverbolt,Megatron, Tarantulas, and Cheetor. On Y/n's right sat Airrazor, Waspinator, Botanica, Estella, and her mother, Hellen. Everyone was enjoying the food and busy talking about the wedding. "Still hard to believe we got this far," said Y/n.

"That we did," said Dinobot. "But let's not dwell on the past but look on towards the future."

"And here I thought you'd never get married," said Rattrap, who was sitting next to Dinobot. "But here you are, chopperface, you are the happiest I've ever seen you."

"Shut up, rodent," said Dinobot, a slight blush creeping across his cheeks.

"Don't forget he wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for Estella's help," said Megatron.

Y/n looks arouns Dinobot to look at Megatron. "You still never told me the whole story as to how he came back."

"Which reminds me we do need to tell her still," said Tarantulas.

"Alright let's get this show on the road," said Rattrap. He stands up and whistles to get everyone's attention. "May I have your attention please. I would like to thank you all for coming to Dinobot's and Y/n's wedding. I know we all had hit a few bumps in the road to get here but we are all greatful to see us all together, happy to celebrate this wonderful day." Rattrap walks around the table so he could stand in front of it. "Before we cut the cake, I'd like to say a few things. Back when I had first met Dinobot, he was a little hard to get along with. But as time passed, he kinda grew on me and we started to become friends. I will admit there were moments when we didn't get along but he always had my back. Cheers to you my good friend." Rattrap goes to sit back down in his seat.

Optimus Primal stands up. "When I first met Dinobot, just like Rattrap said, he was hard to get along with. He challenged me frequently for leadership of the Maximals until I had enough and told him he needs to put that drive to something more productive. He's been a great asset to the Maximals and his friends but now to his wife as well," said Optimus Primal.

Everyone at the main table took turns saying things about both Dinobot and Y/n. And soon it was time to cut the cake. Y/n and Dinobot both hold the knife to cut the cake. As well as feed each other a piece of cake which ended up getting messy when Y/n smashed the piece of cake into Dinobot's face and vice versa. Once they got themselves cleaned up, they hit the dance floor.

*Dinobot's POV*

"You remember how to dance, do you?" Dinobot asks as he leads Y/n onto the dance floor.

"It hasn't been that long since you taught me," said Y/n.

.:Anyways I was wondering what you want to do once we get to the islands?:. Dinobot asks through his bond with Y/n.

.:We could go snorkeling. I've always wanted to go swim in the ocean,:. Y/n tells Dinobot through her bond with him.

.:Just promise me you won't go swimming without me. I don't want you to get hurt:.

.:I promise:.

As they dance, Dinobot helps Y/n count her steps or risk getting his smiles stepped on. After their dance, Y/n had a chance to dance with her father for the father/daughter dance and with her mother for the mother/daughter dance. Once they party was over, everyone heads home.  Once they are home,  Dinobot and Y/n get their stuff packed up for their trip to the islands.

"Make sure to set the alarms so we don't sleep in," said Y/n.

"I won't," said Dinobot as he takes off his tuxedo. "Once we get to the islands, we will have some peace and quiet from the others."

"Time to ourselves to as well."

"As well as other things too," said Dinobot with a smirk.

"We could," said Y/n, her cheeks slightly tinged with a blush. "Can you help me with my dress?"

"Give me a second." Dinobot walks over to Y/n and helps her with the buttons of her dress. "How on Earth did you even get this buttoned?!"

"Airrazor and Waspinator helped me out." After a few minutes, Y/n was finally out of her wedding dress and put it away. Y/n helps Dinobot out of his tuxedo. "We have time to kill before we have to turn in for the night."

"I could think of some ways." Dinobot sits down on the bed and pulls Y/n towards him. "The alarms are set so we won't miss our flight." He kisses Y/n. "I love you."

"I love you too, Dinobot."
