It felt like a nightmare.
It was the worst feeling.
The worst image.
Was it a hallucination?
Was it her showing herself to me?
But why would she do that?
Is it him?
Is he doing this just out of spite?
I seen her.
It was dark.
I didn't have my bright lights on.
I saw her standing in the road crying.
She came out of nowhere.
Is he making me see these terrible hallucinations just to get back at me?
Just because i didn't listen to him.
She was crying and screaming for help.
She was holding her arms out as if she was pleading for me to stop the car before I hit her.
I was going the speed limit.
It looked like I hit her from my point of view.
I swerved and hit my brakes and when I blinked it was all gone.
The screaming stopped.
I didn't see her.
I started to zone out.
But I was driving and swerving trying to get back in my lane.
It was like it lasted so long yet happened so fast.
That woman standing in the road was my nanny.
