Minnie woke the couple up screaming around 3am. Ariana opens her eyes and sat up slightly lifting Minnie out the basket next to them. Ariana lifts up her top helping her feed. "you okay" Dalton mumbles looking up to her. "go sleep baby i have this" she yawns. "no no were in this as a team" he smiles sitting up and rubbing Ariana's back. "but one of us has to be sane" she chuckles. "i can manage on little sleep its okay"

"if you want to help you can change her nappy while i go to the toilet" Ariana looks at him making him nod taking Minnie from her arms. Ariana climbs off the bed going into the bathroom.

Dalton smiles down to his girl who was asleep as he gently changed her bum before placing her back into the basket next to their bed. Ariana comes back out and she climbs into bed next to him. "I love you" Dalton placed a gentle kiss to her head. "i love you too"

"daddy has you there is no need to cry." Dalton pouts gently patting Minnie's bum. She opens her eyes and Daltons heart melts. "your so gorgeous" he smiles brushing his thumb over her cheek. This was the first time Minnie had really opened her eyes and was a little aware of her surrounding. "should we go wake mummy up im sure she would love to see you being awake" he smiles walking up to the bedroom.

"oh mummy is awake" he pouts seeing the bed clear. He walks into the bathroom and Ariana looks up. "mummy is having a pee" Dalton smiles. "hows our girl this morning" Ariana asks standing up and washing her hands. "shes good. She is awake and looking around a little bit" Dalton smiles
making Ariana come stand next to him. "aww shes trying to smile" Ariana smiles.

"come on i was making you breakfast downstairs" he smiles "does she need feeding" Ariana asks "mhm. I think she was getting grumpy before because she wanted mamas milk" he smiles handing Minnie to her.

Ariana smiles down to her girl as she walked down the stairs to sit down. "what you made me for breakfast" Ariana asks as she lifted up her top. "waffles strawberries and blueberries" he smiles. "mhm sounds tasty" she smiles.

"also started a food shop for us but i never finished it because I wanted you to help" Dalton adds making her nod. "hello you two" Joan smiles. "are you going to be here everyday now" Ariana giggles.

"Hey i found it hard work being a mum for the first time just making sure you don't need any help" Joan pouts. "we are fine mum. We will call if we get stuck" Ariana giggles.

"actually we do have a question" Ariana asks "mhm what is it" Joan asks "she hasn't pooped yet" "did she poop in the hospital" Joan questions. "yeah we wasn't aloud to leave till she did" Ariana pouts.

"how often does she feed" "every 3 hours" "sometimes 2" Dalton smiles. "can i have her for a second" Joan asks making Ariana shake her head "not when she is feeding from my boob you cant"

"does anyone know ive given birth" Ariana asks her mum. "theres a few people who think you have but were not saying anything" Joan smiles making Ariana nod.

Ariana finished with Minnie and handed her to her mum. Joan walks into the front room with her and placed her on her back taking off the baby grow. Ariana and Dalton follow her and watch what she was doing.

Joan gently massages her tummy and smiles as she feels her nappy fill up. "there you go" Joan smiles "looks like she had a little tummy ache which can be normal for her to get used to milk. Also who wants to change the first shitty nappy" Joan asks Ariana takes her girl and grabs a changing mat which they had about 6. They wasn't short of anything for this baby girl.

"how is she coping" Joan pulls Dalton to the side. "shes coping really well but honestly Joan ill make sure she is okay" Dalton smiles.
