everything that was going on felt like something out of a fever dream. (y/c), and fifteen other ultimate students, had been kidnapped and taken to a closed-off academy. they'd been ordered to go to the gym, and awaiting them there were the bears- the monokubs, they called themselves that had called them here, piloting dangerously powerful weapons. they explained that they'd been brought here to participate in a killing game, but before they could go into detail, they were interrupted.
another two-toned bear appeared, as if to just add to the confusion. he explained that the 'killing game' had been canceled, and there would be a different game happening instead. a reality dating show. the rules were that nobody could leave- except a couple who ended up together. a few students rejected the idea, saying they wouldn't comply, but they were reminded that the academy was surrounded by a huge wall so they couldn't escape- and if they tried anything, they still had those weapons- which were called exisals.
eventually, when everything had been explained, (y/c) and the rest of the students left the gymnasium, starting to explore the school. " hey ! " a voice called from behind them as they started to leave.
it was a blonde girl, a little taller than average, with clothing that seemed to have an overall musical theme. did that have something to do with her talent? she caught up with them after a moment. " you're (y/c) , right ? "
