( y / c ) was walking through the halls of the academy when they heard music floating in their direction from down the hall. wondering what was going down, they walked down the hall, eventually finding the door that lead to the source of the noise.
the nameplate on the door read ' kaede akamatsu- ultimate pianist's lab '. the door was almost shut, but it remained slightly ajar, allowing the sound to come through. the music was slow and soft- no exact tempo was clear, whoever was playing was clearly playing at their own pace.
looking inside, they could see kaede, the only person in the room. her back was turned to the door as she played, though, so she couldn't see ( y / c ) watching her.
