ACT ONE, CHAPTER THIRTEEN
Game of Survival

─── ・ 。゚☆: *.☽ .* :☆゚. ───

NO MATTER WHAT SHE DID, SHE COULDN'T GET HERSELF TO CALM DOWN. Andi observed the crowd of people who were excited to see the Beacon Hills Cyclones play in the championship game. If it were under any other circumstances, maybe she would've been excited too. But unfortunately, it was nothing like that. The only reason she was there was so she could keep Jackson from killing anyone. Unfortunately, she didn't know how she was going to be able to do that without possibly revealing herself to half the town.

When she got to the bleachers, she saw Mr. Stilinski sitting with a woman who had dark curly hair.

"Andi, come sit," he said and Andi narrowed her eyes, wondering if she really did hear her name. "Sit with us."

Andi sighed as she sat down next to Mr. Stilinski and avoided eye contact. Mr. Stilinski probably only invited her to sit with them because she was associated with Stiles and helped them figure out what Matt was doing. The only problem was that Andi knew much more to the story than Stilinski did.

"I don't think we met before. I'm Melissa, Scott's mom," the woman said while holding out her hand to shake.

Andi smiled politely as she accepted the handshake and watched the game. Stiles was on the field and his father was confused for a moment before Melissa told him that he was a member of the team. He let her words sink in before standing up and proudly announcing that his son was on the team and awkwardly sat back down when everyone was staring at him. Lydia joined the three of them but Andi could only muster up a really bad smile. She knew that Lydia knew nothing about what Allison was doing. She didn't even know that the supernatural existed. Andi started to wonder if she and Lydia gave each other a different impression when they first met, maybe they could've gotten along better. Andi shook her head at the thought and focused on the game and found Jackson among the team.

Throughout the game, Stiles was all over the place, getting tackled, losing the ball, not getting the ball quick enough and Andi could see his father, Scott's mother, and even Lydia cringing.

"He's probably just warming up," Melissa said.

"Or he's just got a little bit of anxiety. It'll turn around," Lydia replied.

Right after she said that, Stiles got hit in the face with the ball and Andi was glad he had a helmet on. Lydia looked up while Melissa looked down and Stilinski covered his face with his hands as the crowd booed Stiles. Andi bit the inside of her cheek as she sighed through her nose.
