While walking through the corn fields of old Muddle's when come the rustles of corn stalks fall through Meriadoc and Peregrin crashing into the other two young hobbits. "Look Merry it's Frodo" Pippin calls up while Sam shoves Merry off home and rips Pippin off Frodo dusting him off as they all stand up. Merry and Pippin with arms full of vegetables from Old Muddle's garden and from whom they were running from in the first place, they hear his yelling and once again take off pulling Frodo with them and leaving Sam behind but Sam realizes quickly and takes off as well bumping into the other three at a cliffs edge making them all tumble down it and onto an open and well travels road. Merry Pippin and Sam spot mushrooms and begging to snack on them while Frodo tries to get them off the road and he does only after they've all heard the shriek of one of the black riders.
Frodo almost puts the ring on but Sam stops him. Once again Frodo and Sam are trekking through the forest with Merry and Pippin coming with them, soon they are cornered by two black riders and take off running to the Brandywine river crossing and go up river twenty mile to Huckleberry bridge. They make it to Bree's gate and knock upon the heavy doors.Once passed the old gate keeper the poor soaked hobbits come into the bar and inn; Prancing Pony.
They are seated at a small table with dinner and rinks for themselves. Sam spots two mysterious figures sitting in each their own corner, "mister Frodo the cloaked man in the left and the other figure in the shadows of the right have been watching us since we came in you don't think they'll give us any trouble do you?" Sam states then questions. "Oh yeah I know a Baggins, over there he's my cousin on my mother's side several time removed of course" Pippin pipes up from the bar where he talks to unknown men, Frodo panics rushing towards him to pull him away but he trips and the ring flies out of his pocket only to fall onto his finger when he takes it off again he is grabbed by Aragorn
Aragorn pulls him up to a bed room where Hali stands waiting by the window with the candles blown out, "we need a little more caution from you, for that is not mere trinket you carry" Aragorn hisses "now now Estel no need to be so rough with my dear young hobbit" Hali moves forward to hug young Frodo "Sorry for leaving without a goodbye at Bilbo's birthday" she smiled shyly before the door is busted open to Sam with his fists raised, Pippin holding a candle stick and Merry holding a chair leg. "Let him go or I'll have you Longshank" he growls "you have a stout heart small hobbit" Aragorn moves away to watch out the window. "You cannot stay here for they are hunting you" Aragorn speaks up while Hali checks over all the young hobbits. Both Aragorn and Hali move the hobbits into their room to sleep awhile before the long walk to Rivendell begins on the morning.
Unfriendly shrieks giving off in the night startling the hobbits awake from sleep. "What are they?" Sam asks. "They were once man, but they were deceived by Sauron and turned by his dark power into, black riders" Aragorn explains "Nazgûl or Ringwraiths if you will and they will never stop hunting you so long as you have the ring young Frodo for they always feel the presence of it so you must never again put it on do you understand" Hali states sounding very motherly instructing him.
By morning Aragorn has the small horse Bill packed up with enough food for the road to Rivendell along with his and Hali's gear, he waits in the stables for Hali to bring down the young hobbits.
Am so they set off from Bree into the wilds with a man they've never met to guide them and a women they were all fond of to protect them.
