Aragorn leads an army from Minas Tirith. Gandalf, Hali, Legolas, Gimli, and Eomer ride with him. Pippin rides with Hali, Merry rides with Eomer. The Host of the West marches forth from Minas Tirith.

Aragorn leads the army of men towards the Black Gate. Hali, Gandalf, Legolas, Gimli, Pippin, and Merry accompany the Men.

Aragorn and his men stand at the Black Gate, which appears to be deserted. "Where are they?" Pippin mutters while grasping onto Hali's waist in fear.
Aragorn spurs his horse towards the gate. He is followed by Éomer, Gandalf, Legolas and Gimli.

Frodo remains on the ground, lying still.

Aragorn addresses the large gates.

"Let the Lord of the Black Land come forth! Let justice be done upon him!" Aragorn hollers out to the tall black doors. The gate creaks open.

A single rider appears upon a dark horse.

Hali mutters a warriors prayer in Ancient Greek to herself.

She watches the sky as she mutters to herself, stealing her nerves for this battle.

The only part of the rider appearing, besides a full helmet and armor, is a grotesque mouth. The Mouth of Sauron smiles "My master, Sauron the Great, bids you welcome. Is there any in this rout with the authority to treat with me?"

"We do not come to treat with Sauron, faithless and accursed. Tell your master this: The armies of Mordor must disband. He is to depart these lands, never to return." Gandalf hisses moving forward.
"Old Greybeard. I have a token I was bidden to show thee." The mouth chuckles before he holds up Frodo's Mithril shirt. "Frodo." Pippin cries, "be silent Pip" Hali scolds him.

The Mouth Of Sauron throws the Mithrill shirt to Gandalf, who catches it. "Frodo!" Pippin cries again.

"Silence." Gandalf demands
"No!" Merry cries out also. "Silence!" Gandalf demands again.

"The halfling was dear to thee, I see. Know that he suffered greatly at the hands of his host. Who would've thought one so small could endure so much pain? And he did, Gandalf. He did." As the mouth laughs wickedly, Aragorn rides casually around to his side.
"And who is this? Isildur's heir? It takes more to make a king than a broken Elvish blade." The mouth grin maliciously.

With a quick, hard, slice, Aragorn cuts the Mouth of Sauron's head with his sword. "I guess that concludes negotiations." Gimmicks chuckles grimly.

"Είθε ο Άδης να έχει μια ξεχωριστή θέση γι' αυτόν στον Τάρταρο." Hali spits on the decapitated head.

"I do not believe it. I will not." Aragorn says looking with Hope gleaming in his eyes.

The Eye's gaze turns from Frodo.

The Black Gate again creaks and sways open, revealing an army of marching orcs.

Barad-dûr looms in the background, its Eye now staring at Aragorn.

"Pull back! Pull back!" The troupe of six riders goes back towards the army.

Orcs pour out of the Black Gate. Aragorn addresses an unsettled army of men.

"Hold your ground! Hold your ground. Sons of Gondor! Of Rohan! My brothers! I see in your eyes the same fear that would take the heart of me. A day may come when the courage of Men fails, when we forsake our friends, and break all bonds of fellowship, but it is not this day. An hour of wolves and shattered shields when the Age of Men comes crashing down, but it is not this day! This day we fight! By all that you hold dear on this good earth, I bid you stand, Men of the West!"
Aragorn calls out rallying the men, the soldiers draw swords, giving out war cries.

The hobbits start climbing Mount Doom.

The orc masses begin to encircle the army of men. Aragorn and his company have dismounted for some reason, and are not using bows.

Back at the Black Gate, the army prepares for battle. The Orcs greatly outnumber the men.

"Never thought I'd die fighting side by side with an elf." Him like gruffs standing beside Legolas. "What about side by side with a friend?" Legolas asks looking down. "Aye, I could do that." Gilmore nods.

At the Black Gate, the Eye calls out.

"Aragorn... Elessar..." Sauron's voice hisses on the wind.

Aragorn appears momentarily tempted by the voice.

"When my last breath has been taken, I hope that I will have lived and stood for what I believed in" he hears Hali's voice from right beside him as she looks up him before he turns back to address Gandalf.

Gandalf, holding Frodo's shirt, looks questionably at Aragorn.

Aragorn serenely "For Frodo."

Waving his sword, Aragorn runs towards the orcs, yelling. Hali gives a war cry, "May all you bastards find your way to the tortuous halls of my uncle" she swings her sword cutting down orc after orc.

Merry and Pippin run in after him, the rest of the army soon following.
Sauron's troops look back to Mordor, then flee.

Left alone, Aragorn stands and with the others and looks on.

The tower of Barad-dûr slowly falls over.

The Eye of Sauron disappears, letting lose a great shockwave. The army of the West cheers. The surrounding landscape crumbles.

The Black Gate collapses as the ground caves in. Much of Sauron's army falls as well.

"Frodo! Frodo!" Merry and Pippin cheer.

The men yell in victory. Mount Doom erupts in a large explosion.

The eruption kills the remaining Nazgûl.

Frodo and Sam run out of the exploding cracks. They find temporary refuge from the lava on outcropping of rock.
