Chapter 19~ Pandy

DANNI P.O.V.

That kiss with Bradie, my mind was blown. I could have kissed him all night. Until May came in. I went down stairs in a daze, still looking at the number Bradie left on my arm. I read it out loud and then I went to the kitchen to see May.

“Heya Chickie!” Said May.

“Hey May,” I said still in a mind of my own.

She stopped and observed me then smiled.

“Is there anything you want to talk about?” She asked.

“Ok, I’ll come clean. I just made out with Bradie!”

There was no denying that I enjoyed it.

“Yeah, I figured. The awkward silence. The bit of lip gloss on Bradie’s lips.” May noted off.

I smiled harder now, truth be told that Bradie had made my day. I decided to get my uniform from my car. I was actually excited to be going to school.

“Danni,” Called May as I came through the door and my uniform in my hands.

“Look I called your mum and told her the news. She wants you to come home but I said that then all the hospitals in Perth won’t know the full extent of your condition. But it is up to you, I don’t mind either way. You can have the treatment here or go back to Perth,”

My smile faded and I came back into reality. I knew that I was starting to miss Perth but I really liked it here. I had a lot more support from people here and I was worried that if I went back home, then maybe my condition would weaken.

“May, I’m going to stay here. You’re right and if I did go back home I might go back to my old ways and my heart will get worse,” I said without thinking.

“That’s good, I’ve been enjoying your company. Well I can see that you’re set for school. Dinners almost ready,”

I put my things up in my room, I looked out my window and I saw Andy in Bradie’s room. I rang Bradie’s phone. Andy picked it up.

“Hello? This is Bradie’s phone, this is his personal therapist speaking!”

Oh man, I was going to have a ball with this.

“Do you ever get the feeling you’re being watched?” I said in my most creepy voice.

“What?” he asked, a little shocked.

“Andy, Andy, Andy. Don’t go near Bradie’s wardrobe cause I’m in there!”

“Not funny Shaun!” he said.

“Did I forget to mention, this isn’t Shaun. Now Andy, I want you to find Bradie. But be careful what you do because I can see your every move.”

I turned my light out and crept quietly to the window. I saw Andy looking out the window, he looked at my bedroom. His eyes were straining.

“Who ever you are, this is not FUNNY!”

I held in a giggle, since when was Andy crying like a little Baby? Bradie came into the room and Andy dropped his phone and ran out. Bradie picked it up and Said hello.

“Bradie!” I said laughing.

“Danni, what did you do to Andy?” he asked.

“Just played a little game with him, is he off crying now?” I asked, still trying to control myself.

“Um, I’m not to sure, but he did seem a little strange!”

May called my name.

“Look I have to go, I’ll give you a lift in the morning!”

“Ok, bye!”

And I hung up.
