Nico was a little less than one and a half years old. He was getting the hang of walking around and because of it they had to put up baby gates and childproof locks. Unfortunately Nico was taking after Logan in the sense that he learned how to unlock and get through the gates then used that knowledge to follow his parents everywhere around the house. And by everywhere they means everywhere. They barely had any privacy anymore once Nico was was able to walk.

Logan was in the nursery with Nico, the toddler just waking up from a nap. Virgil, Patton, Janus, Roman, and Remus, were in the kitchen and living room since they never stayed anywhere else. Their friends seemed to be at their house more often then they're at their own. Logan sat in a rocking chair with Nico in his arms, his son slowly waking up from his sleep.

He suddenly heard a short cry from the living room followed by what sounded like a thud. He barely had time to register what he heard before another cried.

"Logan!" shouted Patton.

Logan shot up from the chair and ran into the living room Nico jerking awake because of the sudden movement. Arriving in the living room Logan nearly ran into Patton who was backing away in fright.

"H-he's he-he's-," Patton stuttered, his hands shaking.

Logan looked down and saw Virgil on the ground, his limbs jerking almost unnaturally and cheeks turning a slight blue from lack of oxygen.

"Seizure," Logan thought.

"Patton, hold Nico," Logan said, passing his baby over to his friend.

Logan carefully stepped closer to his husband, kneeling next to his side. This was undeniably a tonic-colonic seizure, judging by the lack of consciousness and control in muscle movements. They typically last 1-3 minutes, he just had to make sure Virgil didn't hit anything or hurt himself in the process. Roman, Remus, and Janus had been sitting on the couch, Janus holding Everglade by the collar so she wouldn't run up to Virgil.

About three minutes later and the seizure stopped, Virgil slowly regaining consciousness. Logan gently picked Virgil up, standing as he held his husband to his chest.

"I'm taking him back to are room so he can wake up," he told his friends, leaving the living room to their bedroom.

Once there Logan shut the door behind him the placed Virgil on the bed. Logan sat next to him, waiting as Virgil slowly became aware of his surroundings.

"Lo? W-what happened?" he murmured.

"You had a seizure, love. Tonic-clonic seizure to be exact. Do you know what could've caused it?" said Logan.

"I dunno. I might've drank something, but I don't remember," answered Virgil.

"It's okay. Just relax," Logan placed a hand on Virgil's shoulder as he sat up.

"I'm fine Lo. Did Nico see it though? It might've scared him if he did," Virgil asked.

"He was there, though I gave him to Patton so I could help you. I'm sure he's fine," said Logan.

Virgil nodded then yawned, probably tired since seizures can do that to ones' self.

"Tired?"

"Yeah,"

"Then rest,"

"Okay,"

Virgil fell asleep as soon as his head touched the pillow.

For those who didn't see, I published the unicorn AU. It's only has one chapter out so far, but another will be coming soon.

Also, I've never had a seizure in my life (and hope I never do, though my former dog had several) so I did some research for this chapter. I'm by no means a professional or should be seen as such, so this could have many inaccuracies. I did my own research and you should too
