Everything Happens for a Reason

Part 16.

Shane and I have been engaged for a week now, and it's really hard for me not to tell my mom. I'm used to telling my mom everything. I ask Shane if it would be okay if I tell her and have her promise me that she won't tell anybody else. He tells me that it is okay if I tell her, so I call her into my room.

"I have to tell you something."

"What?"

"Shane asked me to marry him."

"What? Really? "

"Yeah. What did you think I was going to tell you? That Shane and I slept together?"

"I don't know. I didn't think it was going to be that."

"Yeah that's what it is."

"Well I'm happy for you guys."

"Thank you"

    When my mom finally left I was surprised that she didn't flip out on me saying that I was too young for that kind of thing. Which I kinda am but I don't care I love Shane more than anything.

      I text Shane and told him what my mom said and he didn't believe that I really told my mom. My mom knocked on my door and told me that Shane text her asking if I really told her that he proposed to me. At first I was kinda mad cause he didn't believe me, but then my mom said that he was just surprised that she didn't flip out, and she just told him the same thing she told me, that she was happy for both of us. I was really glad that my mom didn't flip out over the whole thing. My mom came back to my room and asked me if I would ask Shane to come help us move stuff over to our new house. After I text him and ask him I go and tell her that he said that he would come help us move some stuff over, and that he is go to bring Tj with him to help. She says that it's fine.

      It is good that Tj is coming cause Lexi is coming, her and Tj have been getting along a lot better now that they spend more time together cause most of the time when Shane comes over Tj does to.
I tell Lexi that Tj is coming with Shane and she gets really excited.

      When Shane and Tj show up the next morning, Lexi and I are dressed and already moving some stuff over there. I let them in and they start taking the heavy stuff over there. We would have to stop half way to the house and rest. We had to pick the hottest day to move our things. Lexi and I get finished before Shane and Tj. The only thing they have left to move over is the washing machine and the dryer. Lexi and I get them water and are waiting for them after they put the washer and dryer where they go. They take the water and it is gone within minutes and they are asking for another bottle.

     After they got cooled off we hung out and played some basketball. When we took him home we talked about how school is starting soon and how he is going to vo-tech and how we're not ready for school to start. When we get to his aunt's house and it was hard for him to get out he didn't want to leave yet, but finally after a few minutes he finally got out of the car. After we leave he texts me saying that he had fun.

      When we get back I go to my room and start unpacking my things and putting stuff where they go. Shane and I text the rest of the day and half the night. When I wake up in the morning I have a good morning beautiful text from Shane. I text him back and tell him that he made my day and good morning back. I walk into the kitchen and get some breakfast before helping Korey and her mom move into my old house. When I get done eating I go and get dressed. It takes me awhile to get dressed cause all my clothes aren't put where they go yet. When I finally find all of my clothes I get dressed and head over to my house well Koreys house now and help them move some of their stuff in then I go back over to my new house and finish unpacking. Shane and I talk the whole day. Then Shane texts me telling me and we need to talk about something. As soon as I got that text I was scared and I ran over to Korey. As soon as I got over there Shane calls me.

      I answered it and Korey told me to put it on speaker phone so I put it on speaker phone and he told me that there is a possibility that Miley might be pregnant and that she might move in with him cause if her mom found out that she would kick Miley out. Then she would have no where to go. When he told me this I couldn't even speak I couldn't even breath. His voice knocked me out of it.

"Yeah I'm still here"

"So I don't know what to do I mean I know that there are going to be people saying stuff about me if she moves in and we are still together"

"Yeah I know. "

"Lets just see if she is before we decided on anything"

"Okay so you don't want to break up"

"No. I dont. "

"Okay good"

"Hey I got to go I will talk to you later."

"Okay bye"

     When I got this I couldn't help but be sad but happy at the same time. Sad cause this might be the end of Shane and I but happy cause we aren't breaking up yet. Anyways, we just have to take it day by day.      

          It's been a week and I'm still not sure if Miley is pregnant or not, but Shane and I are still together. I'm glad that we are, we have been through so much to let this ruin us when we're not even sure if she is or isn't pregnant.When Shane comes to church with me we act like there's nothing wrong. We act like we are better than ever. Than this happens.

"I think it would be best if we broke up." Shane said out of the blue one day.

"Why?"

"Cause it would be better for both of us."

"What do you mean? "

"Well if she is then we are going to have to break up then."

"But that's if she is"

"I know, but she's getting bigger and is having morning sickness."

"Okay well whatever you think will make you happier."

"Okay. I'm really sorry."

"It's fine."

"Okay well I got to go"

"Okay"

When we were talking about this I cried the whole time. This is it. This is the end of us.
