I stare at him mouth slightly ajar, in complete shock at his confession. My brain has lost it's ability to form coherent sentences and words. He has rendered me speech less.

"I love her but I'm in love with you." He repeats. "I'm in love with you and you're in love with someone else." He states sadly, diverting his gaze towards the floor.

"Logan was right." I mutter under my breath.

"What?" He looks up again, an adorable little frown upon his face.

"You're wrong." I say. "I'm not in love with Logan." The frown adorning his face transforms into a grin. "Sure, I'm insanely attracted to him but..." I hesitate. "...I'm in love with someone else." His grin falters.

"Who?"

"Well..." I step closer to him. "I've known him for a very very long time and he has the most gorgeous blue eyes I have ever seen." His grin widens. I begin leaning in. Right as our lips are about to meet, that damn automated machine decides to speak.

"6th floor."

Grrr...

We both pull back, laughing incrediously.

"I'll see you tomorrow Drew." I say before turning around and walking out of the elevator.

"See you." He says as he too walks out of the elevator. He turns to the right and I turn to the left. I walk all the way to my suite with this stupid grin on my face that I can't seem to wipe off. As soon as I close the door to my suite I let out a girlish squeal.

He's in love with me! Not her! Me! Eeep!

My squealathon is interrupted by repetitive knocking on the door. I turn around and open it slowly. Much to my surprise, I find Drew standing behind the door.

"So I got thinking and I realized that we're both alone for the rest of the day since Katy's in the ballroom and Logan's at the gym. I figured that we could keep each other company." He answers my unasked question.

"Sounds great." I open the wider for him to enter. He steps inside and I shut the door again. "So d'you have anything in mind that we could do?"

"Actually I do." He smiles mischeviously. "We could have our own family game night." I raise a brow at his suggestion.

"But we don't have any board games." I say. He reaches into his front pocket and retrieves what looks like a pack of playing cards.

"I found this pack of cards in my suite and I'm sure we can come up with our own games." He says whilst holding up the pack of cards so I can see.

"Okay. Let's do it." I say. He grins smugly and takes his jacket off.

One hour later we're sat cross-legged on the floor in front of the couch facing one another, shoes off, in the middle of an intense game of go fish. Our 4th rematch.

"Do you have any..." I scan the cards in my hands. "...threes?"

"Go fish." He says. I pick up a card from the pile between us. It's a three of hearts. I grin and place it along with my other three in the middle.

Elizabeth - 5
Drew - 6

"Do you have any..." His eyes dart back and forth between his cards; he has two cards. I have three. "...sixes?"

Grrr...

Reluctantly, I take my six of clubs and give it to him. He takes it from my hand and places it in the middle along with one of his own cards.
