Clarke found Bellamy already in a brawl with Wells, people had already gathered, wondering what was going on between them. Clarke had never seen Wells this angry, it was like staring at a stranger's face. She tried to shout at the top of her lungs but neither of them even listened, they were both bleeding from the punches that they threw at each other.

John Murphy and some other boy, who Clarke came to identify as Miller, came into the rescue and broke the two boys apart. Fury was written all over Wells' face as he ran out of the camp.

" Wells, please wait," Clarke yelled as she hurriedly followed Wells out of the camp.
Wells ran and ran and for a moment, Clarke thought he wasn't going to stop, she was breathless. The only time she was this breathless was when they were running back to camp with an injured Jasper. Until abruptly Wells stopped, he'd noticed something. Clarke reached him minutes later and started apologizing in between breathes.

"I'm sorry Wells, I should've understood how you felt, you're my bestfriend and—and," she took in a deep breath, her chest was burning.
"Relax, Griffin, I'm not mad at you," said Wells.

"Really,?" Questioned Clarke. She sighed with relief, she was really scared that Wells would be mad at her and maybe never speak to her again but she was wrong.

" I could never be mad at you Clarke, you are my bestfriend," he said, this time with a smile.  My Wells is back. Thought Clarke, and she too smiled.

                        .•————•
Wells and Clarke had found a bunker, full of spiderwebs and greens which had covered the walls," They probably stored supplies in here before the nuclear war," said Wells to Clarke. Whoever wanted to use the bunker might have not made it in time but had left plenty of supplies. Clarke and Wells started rummaging through the stuffs in hopes of finding anything useful that could help them back at the camp.

"Once we get back to camp, you should let me check that," Clarke gestured at his eye which had now swollen and turned black.
Her mind wandered off to Bellamy. Was he hurt too? Did he need treatment?, I'll have to take a look at him once we get back." She thought to herself.

"Yes, doctor" Is all Wells said. He knew not to argue with her when she was in her doctor mode.

"Look what I found over here," said Clarke with excitement in her voice. A box of crayons. Wells immediately figured why the excitement. Clarke loved to draw and paint. Back on the ark, she would always draw portraits of him, his father and her parents, of nature and how she imagined what it looked like. It only hit him now that ever since they landed, she hasn't done the one thing she loves doing the most. Now he was excited for her too.

"Atleast now you get to draw the real thing, not out of imagination," smiled down at her.
