The pain throbs in her guts, its deep and warm, but not in a nice way. It feels like someone has their hand in there and are squeezing her organs either gently or as hard as they can. When it wanes she can move, when it returns she can only hold still and breathe, breathe slow and deep until it passes. There is no blood but her abdomen is purple and lumpy where it should have been smooth.

" You shouldn't try to move, you will only hurt yourself more," said a man startling Octavia who thought was alone. She had been in and out of consciousness for days.

Her eyes adjusting to the light provided by the fire burning the logs away, she got the chance to take in her surroundings. There were small, loose stones littered all over the ground. The light emitted from the fire enabled the cave to come into view, the entrance was so small she almost missed it. The cave was built into the muddy brown rock of the cliff, the stone guarding the entrance was jagged and uneven, arranged in a such a way, it would be difficult for passers by to spot.

"You're in a cave," the man said.

Octavia stared at him, eyes wide. He was very very tall and muscular enough to give her pause before she decided to confront him.

"Are you a grounder?" mumbled Octavia.

" You need rest, you hurt your stomach pretty bad," insisted the man.

Octavia didnt care about herself at the moment. All she wanted was to go back at the camp. Bellamy might be going out of his mind right now. She thought.

"I need to leave, my brother must be worried," pleaded Octavia.

" You cant, you're not fit for travels, just relax, after a few days, you'll be good to go," said the man.

Octavia knew it was pointless to argue with this weird looking stranger. She was in pain and like it or not, this stranger helped her.
