Disappointment...
I wish i am just a tree who can go with the flow with the wind.
"Today is the release of our report cards, right?"
She sighed as if she got a big problem, "Ano kayang grades ko? Kinakabahan tuloy ako sa results!"
I chuckled.
"Don't be so nervous. Mamaya pa naman ibibigay and no matter what your grades are, for sure proud sa'yo yung parents mo."
"Well, yeah. Ayos lang sa kanila kahit hindi masyadong mataas ang makuha ko, but i know that they would be even happier if i get high grades."
I smiled at her. I am happy that she belongs to a family that supports and understands her.
Rhyss has a very loving family. She's so lucky to have her parents and siblings who supports her everytime. They don't pressure her on her studies kaya naman i envy her. I wish my parents will also appreciate my efforts in studying, but i still love them. Kinakabahan din ako sa results because i don't know if i did a great job, but at the same time, excited pa rin akong ipakita sa kanila 'yung grades ko.
I am a scholar so it's a must to maintain my high grades and parents are already used to that so it doesn't matter anymore as libg as it didn't go down. Whenever i am wih my family, i always feel that i am unwanted, but despite of that, thinking about them now is making me to miss them more.
"Don't worry, girls. I know that you worked very hard this semester so the results will be fine." Klare said to cheer us up.
"Fatima, have you finish it?"
"Ah, yes, Angel.
"So, class, what i have here is your report cards."
"Okay... So when i call you, just get the copy of your report cards so you can show it to you parents, understood?" Isa isang tinawag ni Miss. De Guzman ang mga classmates ko.
