Attack on Titan: The New Generation

Chapter 2 Awakening

When I open my eyes, I stated at the ceiling for a few seconds. I lift my head up, I saw that my clothes were changed. From my light grey hoodie and tan pants, to a light blue gown. I try moving my arms, but in my right arm there was a sharp pain. I looked over to what it was and saw a needle in my arm hooked up to a tube and a package of some clear liquid. I pick up my left arm and yank out the needle. 

I try yelling to get me out, it's just a raspy whisper. Suddenly, Mariana and Jen walk in and take off the straps. They say I was shaking so much when I went unconscious, that they had to strap me down.

"Where am I? What happened? Where's my parents?" I ask.
"You've been out for a week, but right after you got the vaxsine, your eyes began to glow a greenish-blueish color!" Says Jen. I sit up and lean against the wall. "Where am I, and where are my parents?" I ask again.
"Your in the hospital." Says Mariana. Mariana and Jen look at each other and look back. Jen sighs and says "Your parents, and a few more adults from our district were forced to join the Survey Corps." My eyes widen and all the air from my lungs are yanked out.

"Why were they 'forced' into the Survey Corps! And why am I in the hospital?!" I yelled. Mariana runs over to the door and shuts it. Probably because me yelling. Mariana walks back and says "There was currently a large percentage of titans by the wall, the commander got some adults, including your parents, and sent them out there to kill some of them off. And your in the hospital, because people were getting scared when they saw you pass out. Dr. Jeager told us to come here" I looked down and began to move my legs. If I could move my legs, I could stand up. So I did. I flipped of the covers on the bed and swung my leg to the side. Mariana and Jen stood close, just in case I fall. I put one foot on the cold floor, then the other. I stood up, and my head was beginning to spin, but I ignored it. I took a couple a steps and then my legs lost feeling, and I dropped. Mariana and Jen sat down next to me. Then a knock was heard from the other side of the door. Jen stood up and said "Come in!"

Dr. Jeager opened the door and walked in. I looked at her, as if she was evil, and asked "Why am I really here?" Mariana put her palm to her face. Jeager giggled and said "It's fine." Jeager kneeled down in front of me and held onto my hands.

"Your here because you were causing panic and because I wanted to find some things out about you." Said Jeager. I raise one an eye brow and asked "What?" I ask, scared of what Jeager is looking for. Jeager began to stand up, pulling me up with her. "I tested your blood, I found out that your white blood cells was fighting and killing the chemicals in the shot. That's why you go into a coma. And I have a an idea of why your DNA is killing the chemicals. I am 100% positive that you can transform into a Titan!" Her eyes widened and she had a 'crazy' smile on her face. I yanked my hands away from the crazy women.

"You are one of the smartest people in the walls, how can you ever get that idea from just a bad reaction to the shot!" I yelled. Jeager pushed her classes into place and said "Well its pretty simple actually! My great, great, great grandfather was Eren Jeager, the first one to be tested on the vaxsine. All three of you know that he possessed the power to transform into a Titan. Before he died, he requested that he can just be a normal human as he was when he was 12. So, scientists created the chemical and gave it to Eren. I have a feeling that you were given the injection for Titan abilities some time when your reaction to the vaccine changed."

"That doesn't mean anything!" I said. Jen sat on the bed and asked "Do you have any other kind of 'evidence'?" Jeager giggled again and said "I want to study you more to get the evidence I need. I don't care if you don't believe me, Lilly, but remember I haven't been wrong yet! Now I need you to come with me." I crossed my arms and said "My friends are coming too!"

Jeager nodded her head and we left. We walked down the hall. Eventually we stopped at a door that said 'Questioning Room' on it. Jeager took keys out of her pocket and unlocked the door. She turned around and said "Your friends are going to have to wait out here." Mariana spun me around to face her and said "It's fine! We'll wait!" I nodded my head and Dr. Jeager and I walk into the room.

Jeager closed and locked the door. She walked over and sat down at the table in the middle of the room. The room was dark, except for a candle that was on the table. I walked to the table and sat down at it. Jeager pulled out a recorder and placed it on the table. She pressed a button, causing a red light to flash. "What is this for?" I asked. Jeager looked up from the device and said "Just in case I need to 'use' this conversation." What did she mean by 'use this conversation'?

"Your friends told me that you said you would get visions when you are unconscious. I want you tell me what you saw a week ago. Can you do that?" Said Jeager. I nodded my head and put my hands on my knees. I began to shake, so I took a deep breath and began. "I saw blood splattered all over the place. On buildings, roads, windows. Then there would be dead bodies laying on the the ground. And I would see my mother's necklace and my father's ring, stuck on a tree branch. Then it would rapidly flash blood on the jewellery to nothing. And there would be an amorous hole in outside wall." Jeager stopped the recorder and said "Thank you. Now I want to do more studies on you, but I need to go to the military camp, where they teach new cadets. But there is a way for me to study you!" Smiled Jeager. "Yay." I sighed in a very sarcastic way.
"I'm sorry Lilly, but I'm having you join the military in a month." Jeager left, leaving me sitting at the table. I felt my eyes water up, but when Mariana and Jen walked in, I instantly whipped my face.
"What happened?" Asked Mariana.  "Nothing. Don't worry about it." I said. Mariana nodded. I had to tell them about the military though. So I did. "I'm joining the military!" Jen gasped and covered her mouth. Mariana looked at Jen, then back at me, and said "I'll join too!" I looked up at them and said What?! You don't need to do that!" I yelled. Jen looked at Mariana in shock, then her expression changed to a stern look. "I'll join too! Yes, we don't have to, but we are going to! When do we leave?" Said Jen. I smiled and replied with "Thank you so much! In a month. I guess it's settled then, we'll join the military."
