The rain had not cease and if possible it only worsened as the droplets got bigger, it's as if the sun would not be showing itself for the rest of the day as the dark clouds hovered still. The whole residence was in disarray as the men and Aoda sought the sonogram but to no avail, even after hours of looking, they gathered in front of Sasuke empty-handed.
"You're telling me you can't find it?" Sasuke asked through gritted teeth, suppressing his anger as Sakura looked up at him.
"How incompetent can you all be if you can't find a single piece of photo, you all piece of sh–"
"Sasuke-kun," Sakura called, cutting off Sasuke as he took a deep breath, calming himself before he turned around to look at Sakura who was sitting on the couch. "Are we still going to Kyoto?"
Sakura decided to change the subject. Sure she was worried about where the sonogram must have gone to, but at this point if Sasuke flared up in anger he would not be able to think straight. It's frustrating enough to look for something only not to find it after hours of looking. But if it's not anywhere in the residence, because there's no way it could have been misplaced, then there's only one explanation as to how it could've disappeared.
Someone took it right under his nose and Sasuke is not liking where that thought is heading to so before he could go into a killing spree just to find who it was who took it, he must first calm himself. And Sakura calling his name somehow calmed him down as he comprehended her question.
"I don't think we can go to Kyoto at this state. The rain show no sign of stopping," he said as Sakura sighed and leaned on the couch.
"Are you tired?"
"Why would I be tired, Sasuke-kun? I've been sitting here for hours," Sakura paused before she averted her eyes and adding in a small voice she said, "Yes, I'm tired."
After taking Sakura to bed, Sasuke went back downstairs where Aoda and several of their men stood, waiting for Sasuke. When they saw Sasuke walking down the flight of stairs they stood straighter.
"Go find him," Sasuke said and Aoda bowed but suddenly his brows knitted.
"I'm sorry, find...him?" He asked and the men behind him also had a look of confusion plastered on their face.
Sasuke's jaw clenched visibly as he pinched the bridge of his nose and Aoda cleared his throat silently as he composed himself.
"Yes, Sasuke-sama," he said and everyone bowed in unison.
"There's a seed planted in this house,", Sasuke suddenly said before any of the men and Aoda could leave. "Go find that damn traitor."
"Dead or alive?" Aoda asked but he knew the answer. If it's a traitor working for other Yakuza, then capturing him alive would be of no use.
But Sasuke's answer took everyone by surprise.
"Alive," he said before he left.
Everyone knew that whoever that seed is, he'd be in one hell of an interrogation once caught.
---
Sakura stirred in her sleep and turned around on the bed, blinking her eyes open, she saw a figure of a man standing by the window and notice that the rain had not cease one bit.
