Why is it always defense against the dark arts which has new staffing arrangements? Jessie wonders as she's sitting in the classroom ready for her class. This can't be normal.

The moment she has this thought, Patil's paper bird is suddenly burnt down.

"Good morning children."
Umbridge says as she's standing at the back.

"Ordinary, Wizarding, Level, examinations. O-W-Ls. More commonly known as, OWLs."

Goosebumps spring over Jessie's arm hearing her high pitch voice.

"From now on, you'll be following a carefully structured, ministry-approved course of defensive magic. Yes?"

"There's nothing in here about using defensive spells?" Hermione raises a question. Jessie immediately checks the book content. The cover itself looks like a children's fairy tale already, she bets the content will too be like a children's fairy tale.

"Using spells? Ahaha!" Umbridge's laugh has once again successfully given Jessie chills.

"Well I can't imagine why you would need to use spells in my classroom. You'll be learning about defensive spells in a secure, risk free way."

"What use is that? If we're attacked it won't be risk free

"What use is that? If we're attacked it won't be risk free." Harry questions Umbridge. This arrangement is clearly ridiculous.

"Students will raise their hands when they speak in my class."
Jessie looks at Umbridge then Hermione surprisingly with her eyes wide open. What kind of attitude is she having as a teacher??

"And how's theory supposed to prepare us for what's out there?" Harry once again questions her.

"There's nothing out there, dear. Who do you imagine wants to attack children like yourself-"

"Oh, I don't know. Lord Voldemort?"

The classroom has fallen into murmurs. He's saying that again.

"... Now let me make this quite plain." Umbridge walks to Harry.
"You have been told, that a certain dark wizard is at large once again.

This, is, a, LIE-"

"It's not a lie, I saw him! I fought him!"
"Detention! Mr Potter."

"So according to you Cedric Diggory dropped dead on his own accord???"
"Cedric Diggory's death was a tragic, accident-"
"It was murder. Voldemort killed him-"

"ENOUGH!"
She suddenly screams and it makes Jessie jump a bit.

"See me later, Mr Potter, my office."

Jessie doesn't know what she's up to, but she's sure Harry's in trouble. This is all madness, why would the ministry hire such a crazy woman?

Later at night, Harry's soon got back from Umbridge's detention and reads alone on the couch in the room.
