25 - TRANSONGLATION

I always loved to watch the other idols singing in different languages on Transonglation and when our manager told us that we were invited there I was so excited.

"Guys! Guys! What languages do you think we'll get?"
"Probably not Italian and not Tagalog" Seungmin said laughing.
"Yeah... But when Dreamcatcher sunbaenim sang in Italian... Woah"
"I'm just excited for the food" Minjae said.

After the usual mic and makeup, we were guided to a table full of snacks.
"1, 2, 3! Don't move!"
"Freeze! Hi, we are MCND!"
"Woah So many snacks" I said showing the table full of food.
"From Uhm... Malaysia, Brazil and France!"

We were then divided into groups and the producer proceeded on telling us.
"Minjae, Win: Malaysia. Castle J, QT: Brazil. Huijun, Bic: France"
"But I wanted to do French" I said pouting.
"You can still help us practice our parts!" Huijun said.
"Ok!"

Even if I helped Huijun and Bic they still managed to get a -3, while the others got a -1. We then got busy with all the food.
"Oh! I missed this!" I said getting my hands on a French snack.
"This has somewhat an 'adult taste'" Win said talking about the Brazilian coffee.
"Let me try" CJ then drank some of it "Ew it's so bitter!"

Then Huijun and Minjae tried it too.
"It's not that bitter and it smells good" "It's less bitter than expresso, totally QT's taste!" Minjae added which made me try it as well.
"Oh right!"

"So, how did you feel?" the producer asked.
"As if the world was one" Huijun said proudly as we all cheered.
"We sang our title track in 3 different languages" CJ explained.
"Also in Korean"
"And English" Minjae and Win added.
"This makes a total of 5 languages"
"Now we know how QT feels 24/7"
"Yeah" we all laughed.

After we filmed Transonglation, we also filmed for the Prop Room Dance and the Mind Link, in which they asked us to write something we wanted to say to the others, not knowing which language they'd give us.

"The language that has been chosen is Tagalog" the producer announced.
"Woah Really?!" I said shocked.
"Yes, but we want to ask you to do only your phrase and not to guess the others''"
"Fair enough" I said.

"Let's start with QT-ssi"
"MCND is like having isa pang pamilya with limang kapatid. Salamat"
"Ehng?" Seungmin exclaimed confused.
"Pamilya is... family? So MCND is like a family to me?" Huijun said.
"Almost!"

"MCND is like having another family with..." Minjae tried.
"Cmon, the first part is right!"
"Yah QT-ssi, it's hard!" Win whined.
"I'll give you a hint then! How many are you guys? And what do I call you most of the time?"
"Brothers! MCND is like having another family with 5 brothers!" Kaeje said.
"Oh! Salamat is Thank you!" Huijun added.
"Correct!"

It was Win's turn and I understood immediately. After the answer was given we discussed its meaning.
"So you want us to stop drinking coffee?" CJ asked our maknae.
"Yeah!"
"But we need coffee"
"It gives us energy" Minjae and Seongjun said.
"Then drink less at least" He said looking at me and Huijun.

"Well yeah, too much coffee is bad QT" Seungmin said.
"Fine! I'll drink less coffee" I said pouting.
"And since our maknae wants us to stop drinking coffee I'll drink decaffeinated coffee" Seongjun added.

After the game the producer asked me to film something by myself.
"So, QT-ssi, what do you think about the members' Tagalog?"
"Well, I switch language often while talking and I actually taught them something, I guess they just aren't good with languages! But it was super fun! Thank you for inviting us to this show!"

A/n: lmao I wrote this chapter because they spoke in Tagalog during the mind link vid hahaha
