"Wait! Before you go running out like that we should tell you.." Marco said, catching Rayden's wrist before he could go off.
Rayden was more then excited when they woke up this morning and decided to get some furs to stay warm. All he wanted to do was pet them all over and over again.. and he was cold on top of that too. So when Marco caught his wrist he slumped before tuning to him in question for what he wanted to say.
Rachel nodded over to the different fur markets before crossing her arms.
"If you don't want to get more on Drita's bad side I suggest you stay away from the wolf and cat furs" she warned before she nodded to Marco to let him go and he was off like a child on Christmas.
"I feel something's off" Marco said, turning to her with a worried expression.
She nodded with a frown.
"Drita's presence is to far for my liking. I think she caught the drift of this trading village"
Marco's eyes widened.
"Don't Rache. I think I'd be more comfortable with the idea of her being attacked, I don't want to see her like that again" he said, whispering his words near the end.
"I guess your right.. but if she gets attacked her..... Oh no" She finished making Marco's eyes widen even farther when he caught to her thought.
"If she got attacked she would've needed to take her bounds of..." As if on cue two bound bandages drifted in the wind flowing down to them being followed by Lamyl who eventually caught them and spotted them almost right away after.
"Worse is that Zavier's letting the reins on her go little by little.. and since it's been so long since she's gone on without her bounds by choice..." Marco trailed, making his fiancé tense.
She quickly shook it off before holding her finger out for the dove to land on, and once he did she took the wraps from him and tucked them into her pocket.
"Yes I know little one, we need to get to he-" The pecked at her hand to cut her off before he shook his head looked up pointing up with his wing.
Marco looked up only to see Furisha on top of the highest roof with a small bundle of grey~ish white riding on her back.
"What is that?" Rachel asked, narrowing her eyes towards them in confusion while Marco shrugged.
The feline in question jumped down to another lower roof before going to the ground and running over to them revealing the bundle to be a baby fox. Rachel took the kit in her hands as Lamyl flew off to a nearby perch leaving Marco to pick up the icy pawed cat who purred in thanks.
"Why aren't you with Drita?" he questioned, both confused and worry.
Furisha just looked up to him and frowned before meowing to the now sleeping fox in Rachel's hands.
"Looks like Drita told her to protect this kit with Lamyl.. but where's Yuro?" he asked,
Rachel was about to say something when a ferocious animal like growl cut her and all other random talk off making the entire village deathly silent until..
"She sounds in pain" Rachel whispered sadly before looking over to Marco. "Go after her with Rayden, I'll take care of everything here. Ok?"
He nodded, handing her Furisha before he went on looking for Rayden to see him snuggling with a black bear fur. He rolled his eyes before yanking him off and away with him as he ran out of the village.
"I forgot to ask yesterday" Rayden started as they started following Marco's nose. "What makes the creatures in this kingdom more powerful then Drita?"
