ATHENAS POV.
It was the first day back at school from break and just like the first day, I'm ecstatic.
Getting out the shower, I did my skin care routine and put some mascara on.
I don't like makeup, but mascara is an exception.
It was coldish today, so I wore a big T-shirt over a long sleeve, some light wash jeans, and my doc martens.
It's been a while since I wore these.

Grabbing my bag, I made my way downstairs to grab a granola bar before leaving.
"Good morning guys."
A chorus of 'mornings' went around as I made my way to the snack cabinet.
Grabbing a granola bar I turned around and saw Adriano, Gio, and Eli sitting at the island.
"Do you need a ride Owl?" Eli asked.
"No thanks, Javiers picking us up today."
"Javier huh?" Adriano raised an eyebrow.
Here we go.
"You and him have been getting extremely close Thena, you have a crush?" Gio asked.
What is this? Team up on Athena day?
"No Giovanni I don't have a crush on him. And he's picking ALL of us up, not just me." I groaned.
"Plus our relationship is 100% platonic." I said as I bit a piece off my granola bar.
They do this every time his name is brought up.
And 99% of the time they bring his name up.
"Are you sure Athena because you guys were on the phone for hours yesterday."
"And you have no problem with him making physical contact- which you hate by the way!"
"And-" they were cut off by a honk outside.
A smile made its way to my face "bye boys!"
I ran out the house before they could call me back.
Hopping into the passenger seat, which for some reason was the only seat open. Odd. I greeted my friends.
