"Intimate Night"

Soft, intimate music echoes throughout the dorm rooms. Shoto and Momo are slowly swaying and stepping along with the rythm along with a number of their classmates.

Momo places her head atop Shoto's shoulder, being nearly as tall as him. Shoto does the same, and wraps his arms around Momo's hips. As the slow dance continues, the two begin quitely conversing into each other's ears.

Momo: You know... I've never really had a dance like this with anyone before...

Shoto: Really? Fuyumi-... My elder sister would always give me lessons since my father would do nothing except train my quirk. I've also tried it with my mother, and even my brother, but he seemed reluctant at the idea for some reason.

This is my first time slow dancing with anyone other than her and my mother, and I'm glad that it's you. I wouldn't feel comfortable dancing with someone that I didn't love...

Momo: You know how to dance...? Ehehehe — I wish that I could say the same about myself. You know, when I was in middle school, nobody asked me to be their date in our school's dance.

Shoto: Your school must have been full of idiots then if they missed out a chance with somebody as amazing as you are.

Momo: *Blush* You flatter me too much...

Shoto: It's true. If it were me, I would ask you in a heartbeat. It's confusing to me as to why nobody would even ask you in the first place,

Momo: See, that's the thing... Back then, I used to get confessions from many boys and even a few girls from my school, b-but, eventually the boys from my school would always hit on me.

I kept on trying to avoid them, but they would always find me after school, a-and they would... they would do gross things to me. *Sniffle*

Momo begins whimpering then eventually crying softly into Shoto's ear.

Momo: *Sob* R-Rumors began spreading in our school, a-and everybody would always make fun of me for being around those boys. They would call me nasty things like "whore, "skank", a-and... and-...

Shoto hugs Momo even tighter, and begins stroking her back to comfort her. Momo begins crying into Shoto's shoulder.

Shoto: Momo, I really don't know what to say in this situation. I've been clueless about things like this up until now. However; all I know is that you're hurting inside, and that's all I care about.

You have so many new friends here at U.A. now. Know that everbody in our class is here for you, no matter what you're going through. I'm not going to pry on what those awful boys did to you back then, but what I can do is let you know that I would never let anybody to those things to you ever again.

I promise that I'll be the one to keep you safe whenever you're hurt. I want to be the man that is able to protect you from harm's way, and the only thing that I want in return is your undying love.

Momo wipes her tears against Shoto's suit. She then retracts her head, and begins intimately gazing into his eyes.

Momo: Hahahaha... Was that a confession?

Shoto: Yes, it was. How much I love you isn't a secret anymore. I love you, Momo Yaoyorozu. Please, be mine forever.

Momo: So you'll protect me from anything that would hurt me, and all I have to do is be your girlfriend?
