"Expulsion"
"P-Please... don't expel me, Mr. Aizawa..."
Hearing these words, Momo's flight instincts activate, and she immediately pushes Aizawa for answers.
Momo: Mr. Aizawa, what does she mean "expel"? What did Ashido do to deserve something as grave as expulsion?!
Shota: *Sigh* Do you really want to know?
Aizawa thrusts his palm and points at Katsuki. He then reaches under his desk, and pulls out a bottle of wine.
Momo: (Th-That's the bottle that Kyoka and Bakugo were holding when Mineta gave me my drink...!)
Shota: First of all, why was this in the trash bin? It was even EMPTY. You four do realize that sneaking in alcoholic beverages is a major offense? Christmas or not, that's a suspension AT LEAST.
Nobody speaks up, for they all know that everyone in the room was guilty.
Shota: Secondly...
Aizawa pulls out a drawer from his desk. He then pulls out a box containing tablets.
Shota: Do any of you know what these are?
Shoto: No clue...
Mina: *Sniffle* Th-They're... stimulants...
Katsuki: No fucking way...
Shota: Ashido admitted spiking Todoroki's drink with these. First of all, it's illegal for minors to even be in *possession* of contraceptives, let alone USE them.
Secondly, Ashido put these in Todoroki's drink without consent. Spiking a drink isn't just a school offense, it's a MAJOR CRIME.
Momo: (There's no way Mina put these in. She was with the girls, and I SAW Kirishima make this drink! Don't tell me... she's covering for Kirishima?!)
Shoto: There has to be some mistake! Ashido wouldn't do such a thing, she wasn't even NEAR my drink!
Mina: *Bluff* It's okay, Todoroki. You don't have to cover for me any more than you already have... *Sob*
Katsuki: Alright, this is bullshit! Yeah, I'll take responsibility for the wine, but we never even SAW these damn pills!
Aizawa activates his quirk in response, giving him an intimidating look — eventually causing Katsuki to calm down.
Shota: Bakugo. You will let me finish.
Aizawa finally pulls out his last piece of evidence: Mina's phone.
Shota: And finally, this: Ashido has been spreading rumors around the school. It started off small — just a few friends from different classes, but eventually, it began growing. Now almost the entire school has this photo, and if it keeps going, the entirity of U.A. will be involved in a widespread scandal.
Momo's heart suddenly drops. Was this why everybody in school was sceptic about her?
Momo: Wh-What is... the picture...?
Aizawa shows Momo the phone screen. Momo's expression instantaneously dies, and all the color from her face drains after seeing the photo.
Momo: (I... didn't lock my door... M-Mina must've snuck in...!)
Mina: *Sob* This- this is all m-m-my f-fault! I'm s-so s-s-sorry, Yao-momo...!
Mina continues wailing, stuttering all of her words through the tears streaking down her face.
